Couldn't place a to go order over the phone had to do it in person, too crowded. (I left without checking our order that was our... second mistake, the 1st mistake was ordering from this location)..still did not get what I ordered..1 hamburger with tomato andonion...no onion and had cheese, ordered another burger with bacon, tomato and pickle received a cheese burger with onion andtomato and no pickle or bacon..ordered a 3rd burger with cheese, bacon, mayo and onions..received instead a burned black sliceof bacon torn in half and cheese...did not get mayo OR onions...TOTALLY USELESS, WE WONT BE BACK! Took my family to Americas favorite place to eat but it wasn?t to Pleasant sad to say after today I will not be returning to... this location sundays are the worst day to even step foot in this store no team work at ALL two of the girls always have aattitude problem they even roll their eyes at you for standing by a dirty table if I recall their names are brook and ariannathey were even talking trash about us sitting at a table that wasn?t wiped off yet and one of the cooks are very loud andangry towards the Female workers the manager doesn?t say anything nor corrects his Employee?s about their behavior this is soUnsettling arianna even told another working she should punch her in the face I just thinks it?s very unprofessional lastSunday my kids were in there eating yes they are all under eighteen but are very educated on tipping but once again arianna saidloud and clear she wasn?t waiting on them and brook followed her up while walking to the back of the store another girl red thathad tables across the store came to greet them and to let them know she will take care of them and apologize for the other girlsbehavior they left her a big tip because she was kind enough to give them service so when I came in today I saw for my own eyeshow nasty these girls can be towards the public at the end of the day I truly believe this needs to be addressed by a corporate Read more
Just walked in and standing for 25 mins while they took their time to come clean off the table. Then 4 seats opened up at the... counter so we went and sat there. Food was good , cook helped with our needs at the table more than our waitress. I think she must have been new
Went by for dinner at 815 and immediately upon entering we were told they werent taking any orders other than to go orders until... after 9 cause they werent cleaning tables until after shift change??? There were 2 tables being used all the rest were open aswell as the bar. 1 cook and 3 servers just standing there... not only were they only doing to gos. we waited for 45 minutes to get our order. i was given PLAIN HASH BROWNS instead of the... CHEESE that i ordered. i will not be returning to this location. i?m devastated to say the least. i?m in tears as i?m writingthis. it?s sad to see this location go downhill as i used to come here with my grandma before she passed of cancer. this placereminds me of her and now i can not bear to go back. Came here on Memorial Day around 12:30 pm, food was delicious, staff was hilarious and super friendly!!! Our waitress was... amazing, didn?t get her name but she was wearing the USA headband! Everyone was having a good time and this just seems like anawesome place to work, this is definitely going to be my new spot to eat at! Servers could be a little more on the ball, cleaning tables after each guest. Was not busy, but 6-7 tables hadn't been cleared... or wiped down. Watched multiple people turned around and didn't order because of this. Read more
