Our first time trying Wayback and it was NOT good!! Ordered though Uber eats because we wanted a night in instead of out! The... biggest problem was that all of our food wasn?t there including my kids tender meal. My burger was so greasy that I couldn?t eatit and had no flavor! Expected fries not to be piping hot (they were lukewarm) but they tasted old as well. Food wasn?t good atall. Paid over $100 for food that wasn?t there and wasn?t edible. After waiting 30 minutes for a burger and fries order to be cooked (according to the shift mgr on duty the normal ticket time... for food is 7 minutes) I was greatly disappointed in the quality of food I was given. The fries were old, cold, and rubbery. The special Oktoberfest burger I was given lacked the cheese as shown and listed on the menu board. I asked to speak to amanager about the wait time for the 30 minutes ticket time and was told by a rude line cook "we don't got no manager here now. You will have to come back after 4 to talk to management." I then asked who was currently in charge in the building and was metby an indecisive shift leader. He was so lacking in customer service skills that a 5 year old could have handled the problems inthe restaurant better. He too told me I could come back after 4 or call in to address the ticket wait time. His excuse was wereshort staffed like everyone else and I should just accept that. It wasn't until after I left and opened up my wrapped burger tofind it missing items......I guess the line cook doesn't have to make burgers as the menu describes either and I should acceptthat too. So basically I spent almost $15. on a nasty to go meal that only item worth consuming was the drink. I will NEVERrecommend this restaurant to anyone and will be discussing today's visit with the manager when they actually come into worktoday. Read more

Please update your hours. The food is amazing, and we?ve been in twice and very happy. However, tonight we went in at 8:00,... having checked online that posted hours were until 9:00. The chairs were already stacked, but we?d planned on getting a quickto-go order. As soon as we walked in, we were told they were no longer taking orders for the night. Really disappointing! Went here for the first time yesterday. Upon entering you could smell that it was time to change the cooking oil! My burger was... decent, but my son?s chicken strips tasted like old grease. We both have upset stomachs. Read more

Register girl seems a bit overwhelmed but the manager is the nicest guy, always so sweet & friendly. Food is great, especially... the buffalo chicken sandwich and bacon cheese fries. I ordered door dash pick up tonight and this was my daughter's chicken strip meal. The fries were my full order. They were out... of ice and coke had no carbonation. I didn't see any of this until I got home. My husband called and asked the shift lead ifthere was a number where we could send these photos to and I quote shift lead " I don't care about seeing the food"! Asked ifthere was a manager to speak to "Nope, maybe next week". Needless to say worst experience we've had at your place!! Read more

Recently ordered from here on Uber Eats very dissatisfied. Employees do not pay attention to instructions nor the care of the... customer. Ordered cookies n cream shakes and they gave ALL chocolate shakes. Payed almost $100 worth and had a horrible firsttime experience. Chicken patty in picture is shown is over cooked and did not come with extra bacon. The Double BaconCheeseburger did not even come with bacon. Like who is working and following instructions. Read more
