Came in really late. Drive thru was closed but inside was open. I received excellent customer service and hot food. Order was... completely correct which honestly in the age we live in, doesn't happen often. Also came out quick. Will be returning in thefuture. Read more
Definitely not bad at all for a chain attached to a gas station. The drive through is really nice and easy to access even with... a very busy interstate parking lot. It is always quite clean and my order has always been fast and most importantly correct! Read more
12:59am no customers, didn't get acknowledged, food took forever and they didn't seems too bothered to work. Every table... dirty.... look at your cameras, hire folks that want to work. These guys look like they came from the morgue.. slow motion. Itwould probably take longer to get a refund. Next time I'm taking a video and posting!!! Society nowadays (including me at times) always wants to point out flaws of others. WELL THIS REVIEW ISN?T ONE OF THOSE TIMES.... This was one of the BEST Wendy?s experiences that I have ever had! This Wendy?s is the bomb-diggity-dog-dot-com-forward-slash AWESOME. They know my name and usual order (since I?m always here... with a crew fueling up before a job), and they?re really nice and polite. Sometimes they?re a bit short handed but I?ve not onceever had anything wrong with my order and it?s always hot and delicious. I stop at this Pilot Wendy's combo every week. They handle the lunch lines very well, and they put out good that puts most... McDonald's to shame. Quick friendly service everytime. And its connected to a nice truck stop gas station, so anything you wantto go with your meal is in the same building. Again, it gets busy during lunch hour. But if you can handle a wait of no morethan 5 minutes (almost always) then it's a good choice Read more
Pleasantly surprised by this truck stop Wendy's! Cashier was very friendly and acknowledged us in line, food came fast and my... summer strawberry salad was VERY good...more like a salad you would get at a nice restaurant but for about $5-$8 less.Everything was fresh, tasted great and was very filling. They operate when they want to, turn the grills on when they want to.
