The only issue lately is the chili is still inconsistent,I know it comes in prepackaged from the corporate warehouse but,you... know they still add spices and they cook it depending on the prep cook. When it can be perfect several times in a row and thenthe spice level is off the charts from a scale of 1 to 10 it sometimes a 15 .Also the associates making the sandwiches please bea little neater on how you put the condiments on the buns it can be so slopped on the bun that it squeezes out the edges andmost of the time all you have is mayonnaise/ketchup sandwiches instead of a hamburger, chicken sandwiches so for the sake of theFOOD and Customers please be a lot neater in making the sandwiches and cut back on the mayonnaise. My husband just sat in the drive through for 40 mins. He accidentally forgot to add fries to the order so when he got to the... window he asked if he can just add to it and was told no that he'd have to go back around through the drive thru again.Absolutely ridiculous!!! And to add to that they even forgot to add another sandwich so my husband had to go back in anyways bcthey didn't get the order right the 1st time. UPDATE: So husband gets home, our order is all wrong, food was definitely notfresh the bacon on my burger was hard as a rock (I didn't know bacon can get that hard) the fries that we were able to get werecold as ice and extremely stale. The service was quick and friendly, but the food is some of the worst I've had around Moncks Corner. Menu signs were outdated,... so the burger I stopped in to try was not available. I tried the new special and it was sloppily put together and the pretzelbun was tough and chewy. Dave would not be proud of this particular establishment. Wendy's used to be known for high foodquality and service, but those days seem far behind us after visiting this restaurant. Read more
Went to this location around 9:50 am this morning the service was poor on another level. Our order was rushed being taken in... drive through upon getting to the window we were told we didn?t order French toast sticks when we had , the attendant even hadasked us what count we wanted! We had to be rung up twice . We pulled up as asked to wait only for the attendant to return withour sticks but still not our drink we ordered, in the middle of us asking about the drink he arrogantly just walks away from usback inside , returns with our drink doing all of this with such attitude and distasteful service. I love Wendy?s breakfast andtend to buy it a-lot however this experience was truly atrocious and appalling. Read more
We were the only people in the store around 2 o'clock in the afternoon. It took us over 20 minutes to even get our food for the... kids. And longer for the adults. There was not a clean table in the store. Would not recommend going here at all if the placethat seats your customers was as filthy as it was. I shudder at the thought of what I couldn't see behind the counter. Read more
Ordered the #8 combo meal large. Substituted the drink for a large strawberry milkshake. I have been anticipating trying their... new strawberry milkshake for quite some time now. Sadly, it was not what I expected. Tasted only a light hint of strawberryflavor and tasted like it was sweetened with Splenda. I was definitely not impressed with the shake. The meal however was verygood. The fries were crispy and hot and had the right amount of salt on them. The burger was also delicious. The service indrive through was slow, but the cashier was very friendly. Would not recommend the strawberry shake. Would definitely recommendthe #8 combo meal. ????TRASH ... Don't waste your time energy, or money coming to this location. Waited in the drive thru line for 20 plus minutes... to receive two sets cold and old fries. You promote hot fries to then give out fries that have been cooked and sitting for atleast 15minutes probably longer. The bagger knew the fries were cold when they put them in the bag... they had no absolutely noheat on them Don't waste your time just drive down to the one off Jedburg . We waited for, no exaggeration 45 minutes in the drive though for our food to still come out cold and was missing items. Because... the DT empties out into the road we didn?t have the mental fortitude to turn around so we could go back in so we took the loss.Also, the employees didn?t even acknowledge the wait time.
