Ordered SO much food. Chicken, bacon, ranch fries were pitiful! 1 strip of bacon and a tbs of cheese! Did not recieve drink with... meals. Did not receive sauces that were requested. Called manager to discuss and she snapped saying that I was wrong because shespecifically made my order and she "made sure" that everything was correct. Second time having issues from this location. Never been my favorite. The food is always a roll of the dice. When it's on it is really good but when it is off it is lack... luster for the money. This visit was an off day. I just wanted their seasoned fries, literally 3 of the fries had seasoning. On the upside most people like the food and the drive through was very quick for lunchtime. Read more

went and ordered a zaxbys spicy signature club meal. received my meal & it was missing the cheese and bacon on it. i was also... rang up for a spicy chicken sandwich meal and not the club. i went back through the drive thru and they told me to pull forward.i got to the window and instead of making me another sandwich; like any other place would, they asked for my sandwich back &sloppily placed the cheese and bacon on it. the girl at the window also accused me of just ordering the spicy chicken sandwichmeal but after i showed her the picture of what i wanted which was the club she got an attitude and said okay. won?t be comingback here again. Azalea one is BAD! Mixed 3 kinds of wings in one container. Took'em back with a complaint of the mixture. They gave us back the... same wings but in separate containers. I got my son's nuclear and suffered. The manager reimbursed the cost of the meal. But me,they need major training so no one suffers what I went thru. Read more
