*update. Went back today. Arrived at 5:45. Got food at 6:50. Had one POS down due to tech issues, so a wait was to be expected. ... However, I had to wait 20 min to order due to them only using drive register. Then waited another 40 min for my food. Whichincluded a burnt grill cheese. Undercooked wings and missing sauces. Fantastic way to spend 30 dollars. Zaxbys is no longerreliable for speed or quality I guess. Drive thru was long so parked and went too order inside. Took 30 minutes. Pulled out andgot halfway home before finding out the grilled cheese was in fact, a piece of toast with a slice of cheese that fell off. Notmelted. Just put on there. Update- came back to this location today for the exact same meal. Waited 20 minutes in drive thru.Left out fries and then tried to act like I was lying. Cmon now. Absolutely terrible. We tried tonight for the first time since moving to the area and could not be more disappointed. I waited... over 30 minutes in the drive thru just to waste $25 on food we threw away. Everything was cold, the chicken fingers were dry.The bread was soggy. The only thing that was hot and tasted good was the fried pickles. Ordered Coke Zero and received DietCoke?. Literally the entire experience was a train wreck. Read more

I frequent at this Zaxbys and normally I have a good experience. But the last 2 times this lady have been working the drive thru... with the WORSE customer service and she rush so much to get people out the door that she dont care what your food look like. Tgefirst time i went I literally had to yell to tell her to be quiet and listen cause she had my order wrong. I still got sent homewith bacon on my salad. This time I ordered 2 of the fried chicken cobs with no bacon and tomatoes and 1 of them was supposed tohave 2 extra strips. I get home after fighting traffic to see tomatoes on my salad and no extra strips. I called and they saidgo sit through traffic and bring it back so they can make a fresh order. I don't want to leave my house again and go sit backthrough traffic. They could have sent me a fresh order, gave me a credit for another order. Anything but having to face trafficagain to get there. Rude manager and rude drive thru. The manager kept cutting me off when I tried to explain to him how thishappened. So now I see why the rude lady is still in drive thru. I'm allergic to tomatoes. I will no longer go to this location. I bought 2 Cobb salads and a large cherry coke no ice around 11:20 AM (no customers). The... cherry coke had ice so the girl took the drink and pour it into another cup and fill it up some. Had drink all on the side andit made it flat. I put the salads in my refrigerator at home to have for supper. My husband came home after working 12 hours andthe salads had no eggs or bacon, and hardly any cheese. I called she said that would have to bring the salads back with receiptand they would replace them. We live in Ridgeville so it's not like it's next door. My husband needs supper. She was rude anddirect and didn't seem to care about if they had customers or not. We go there 2 to 3 times a week so I guess they don't needour money. Read more

Hard to believe there is a restaurant that will mess up your order (leave things out, cold food, over cooked food, ect) more... times than get it right. Over time, I have talked to managers, even talked to the Gen and regional Mgr and explained. Nothingchanges which means everyone of them are incompetent and should be replaced. When you know the problems and the GM and RM can'tfix it, then you are then your the problem. This place is a reflection of your capabilities or in this case, incapable. Too manytimes and too many missing items missing and too much money and too much of my time wasted. I will go to a different location,the service and product can only be better at a different spot. Did an online order here, arrived at 7:42pm on 7/10/22 and there is a sign that says ?online order or delivery, your order is... ready inside? but the front door is locked. So I called the store and they told me I had to sit in the drive thru (which wasbacked up to the road) to get my online order. Which by the time I get to it, it?s going to be sitting for over 10 minutes. Whatwas the point of having a huge sign outside telling people to come in if they can?t come in? And what is the point in orderingonline if I have to wait on 7 other people to order and get their food before I am able to get mine? Read more

Drive-thru was very busy, however the wait was not that long. Very yummy chicken sandwich and the crinkle fries were excellent!... I don't normally care for pickles, but they really seemed to bring the sandwich together. I ate inside once before and thedinning room and men's room looked pretty clean. Having worked in the fast food industry, I'm guessing management really hastheir act together... I'll be back for more! ???? Read more
