Didn't know this BK was 24hrs, sometimes I stop by when I drop off my bf at Fedex at 3:30am. My food is always freshly made!... They do close like an hour or less because I tried going at 3am & they were closed until I passed coming back at 3:30am & theywere open. Read more
I don?t know if this location is used to people hustling them out of more food, but tonight it appeared to be that way. I... ordered nuggets with bbq sauce, a large fry, a combo meal, and 2 extra burgers. As I drove off, I noticed everything was thereexcept the sauce and 2 burgers. I went back only to be met with 2 employees who thought I was lying. I showed them the receiptand the bags and they gave me to 2 (cold) burgers with hesitation. I asked for sauce and they tried to charge me, however, theyfailed to give me any In the first place. I mentioned that and was handed 2 sauces with major attitude. Not necessary. This lady gave us the horrible experience at Burger King she gave us two double cheeseburgers refuse to remake the burgers she... did not find no faught when we ordered big Kings she said we ordered bacon cheeseburger. Had an app order. Part of the order was a 7 dollar make your own meal. Had to ask for chicken fries before i left. Ants... (pictured) swarming the soft drink section. Went home to eat the order. Bacon double cheese burger not only didnt habe bacon buthad HAIR in it.Called store to complain only to have the phone ring with no answer. Had to call corporate to vent my digust.Never coming back. Staff was friendly and the food was quick, however the interior clearly hadn't been cleaned in a bit. Had a hard time finding a... clean table. One of the employees started cleaning when she realized, but it should have been done quite a while prior to usarriving. Read more
The staff takes a really long time to take orders . As you walk in your presence is ignored. I have stood at the counter waiting... 5 min to have my order taken. There are enough staff on duty. Then another 5 min to have my order given to me. This has happenedon different times on different days. Not the first time. Read more
