I have placed an order for delivery on the app which took over an hour. I had asked the delivery to call or text when they... arrived and I would come out. The app said my food was delivered but I did not get anything so I called the store. The person atthe store said the delivery person left my food at the door. They left the food at the wrong apartment outside for 20 minutes. Icalled the store to complain and was promised a $20 credit that I could use in store by giving my phone number. Over an hour for delivery when the food never arrived. Called to get an update and was told 2 different things. ?It will be... there in a few minutes?. 20mins later still nothing. Called back. ?Manager? was extremely rude and the kid who answered told methe driver had just left a few mins ago. Still nothing. Poor communication. Poor management. ?Freaky fast? not so much. Updating to 1 star 1/17/22: I was charged $1 extra for cheese that I told them I DID NOT WANT. $8.28 for the most BASIC of... sandwiches - turkey, lettuce, tomato and hardly any mayonnaise. I'm 100% done going here. Inflated prices and they charge forthings I didn't receive. Never again will I waste my money. The beach club sandwich is tasty. That's what the two stars arefor. I'd get it again. But I got the wrong chips instead of what I asked for and the iced tea tastes exactly like water; Idumped out the drink. Also, for it being an $11 (inc. tax) combo, there should be more turkey on the sandwich. Read more
This is their avocado spread, I kept calling them, excuse me one after another and was ignored, only the girl cleaning noticed... and got their attention for me. After I asked where was the avocado to guy that came up, another kid that I wasn't talking tointerrupted and pointed it out and smirked afterwards. Read more
I Waited on my delivery for 1 sandwich for 25 minutes, called back to make sure I gave the right info considering I am just... across the street on Harlem Ave, I can see the store from my office! Only to be told I never made an order, the manager got onthe phone and stated well I must have called another store. I assured him I called the exact number the first time as I did thesecond time. He then said well we will throw a cookie in. Then waited over 10 more mins before my sandwich was delivered. Neverordering here again. Missed my whole lunch break. Read more
