Went there a couple of months ago. Had a very bad experience. One of the managers told me to take my fat a$$ home. They were out... of fries and pop. Then the store manager called me ( after I called corporate to complain) and told me my next meal was on her.Didn't want to go back but because my kids love it I tried to go back to get the free meal and the managers ( I don't know ifthey were the shift managers or the assistant) kept playing on the phone so I never got to talk to the store manager to get myfree meal. I will never go back to that Popeye's again. I tried. But that would be a strong no for me. Read more
Employees were nice, but food did not taste fresh at all. Some of the chicken wings still had feathers that I needed to pluck... off. What a disappointment, and I didn't get a receipt. Read more
I ordered a 4 piece combo and received 4 tiny tasteless wings I ever ate in all my years going to Popeyes and never had anything... as nasty as that as well as when you order a 4 piece chicken and paying $13 dollars for it I thought it would be a mix and notall the tiniest wings they could have found just all bone!! I would never in my life eat from this location again and because ofit I probably won’t do Popeyes for a long time!! Put this location to rest and if you go there then you will find out what itis!! The worst experience I've ever had anywhere for anything... No exaggeration. Long story short, I waited for over an hour? For... fast food? The employees were VERY hostile towards customers. The managers didn't seem to care either and would walk pass anemployee cussing out a customer without batting an were. Just terrible, don't come here unless you enjoy getting your orderwrong, and then getting yelled at for complaining about it while receiving no compensation. Read more
Worst Popeyes experience of my life. The manager was sitting in the lobby playing a shooter game on Xbox so LOUD that you... couldn't even hear the music or the cashier speaking to you. We ordered the dine for 2 special which was about $13. Sat down,opened the box up, all spicy chicken and didn't even give us our biscuits! And you had the manager blasting gunshots from theirgame. Always amazing staff! Super helpful. Out of chicken sandwiches, when I went, bc they had to thaw from the freezer. Totally... understandable for a Sunday evening. Of course, the foods delicious. Highly recommend, but be early if you want a sandwich. Read more
The lines in the drive-through were a long wait but they compensated me for that so that was gthat was great. The food smelled... great he still great coming through the air on the outside however however the actual taste it taste was like I could make it athome it was like putting flour on chicken and no seasoning at all That's what it tastes like something anyone can easily do athome for the price I paid It would have been better if I've made it myself. Was so disappointed when i ordered the popcorn shrimp and mild chicken tenders tonight. Don't get fast food often so this was... supposed to be a treat. 6 tiny shrimp and 2 bulemic chicken pieces. Receipt proved I asked for honey mustard, but I got spicycocktail sauce. Waste of my cheat day. Won't go back. Check your order before you leave. Read more
