Came here for dinner with my family and the food was amazing, very sad they took the Mushroom Pesto pasta dish off the menu but... the pasta in vodka sauce topped with mozzarella and meat balls was delicious. The spaghetti and meat sauce was delicious as welland my kids alway order the chicken tenders and cheese fries. Love the decor I may add, it feels cool walking in especiallydinning in. Not the Portillos you remember. It felt like eating cheap take out since you can only eat out in containers with plastic... cutlery. Even though they fully allow dining in and don't enforce masks, they still stick to this. We ordered waters becauseunfortunately they no longer have any hot tea. With the water, I kid you not - one of them had a significant taste of somefluoride or other purifying chemical. It didn't taste good at all. Their marinara sauce is just sad now, it's wet and they givevery little of it. Their spaghetti sucks now. Forget about a person giving you as much parmesan as you like, that's a relic ofthe past. Also not having chicken Parm on the menu hurts too. Not everything is bad here, the sandwiches are fries are goodstill, but the overall experience was just bad for my family. I always go here due to them having the pasta/salad menu. All the times I?ve been there, I have always had a good experience.... Only once I had an item missing and they quickly resolved my problem. Also the decor is amazing! So much space! Read more
Best portillos location in my own personal opinion based on my experiences. The service was top notch and the food was great.... Fries were fresh and I would definitely recommend this location to everyone. Today I got the Italian beef dipped of course andthe wife had the beef sausage combo. Didn't have room for a cake shake but I will return for it ???? Read more
