Tried this branch during a Yelp event and we started with Edamame and Japanese cucumbers which were very good starters - tasty... with one crunchy and one soft. Next we got the Chicken Karaage and Shishito peppers which were nicely flavored and had this nicesweet and savory thick sauce to dip in. And then the shrimp bao which was the most enjoyable for me that night. Crunchy batterand soft buns with good sauces. The Shoyu ramen was good too but I actually was expecting something a little creamy. Goodnonetheless but may not be the very best. I know I had their miso and chef special before in Montclair and I enjoyedthose. Nevertheless, a good spot for Ramen. Wish they had takoyaki though. Read more

My first time to visit Summit location, but not for my hubby and daughter. The place is spacious, more people to accommodate.... Missed pork buns and chicken karaage. I've honestly never eaten at a Ramen themed restaurant nor have I ever even eaten Ramen before, so I'm an absolute novice on... this type of food. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised..it was absolutely delicious and deceivingly filling! Super busyon a random Tuesday night; right up until closing time with phones ringing, incoming patrons still being seated, and all thesounds coming from the busy kitchen obviously cranking out some great food. The friendly staff were also very knowledgeable andhelpful.. + Service with a smile :) Read more

Summit’s Ani Ramen House is a new age ramen shop that surprises you with every experience. It’s pretty dark in here, with... current music giving off a night club vibe. Ironically a great date night option. The staff are great and the food is prettygood. I didn’t really enjoy the ramen though, I think it’s on the overly salty side. The appetizers are definitely whereit’s at. The wings are phenomenal and classics like the edamame are perfect. Stop in and give it a try!! Read more

Creative plates, great flavors, friendly staff. Not as diverse a menu as I thought but may be smaller due to COVID. Nonetheless... I’d go back for more. Read more

The ramen was good but not great. The noodles were cooked perfectly but the broth left something to be desired. It was a little... bland. I came in with super high expectations. The service was super quick and there are dividers between tables for covidwhich I was happy to see. Overall I liked the place and would go back but not sure if it's worth the hype! Read more

Clean and simple set up. Greeted upon entry with very upbeat professional staff. Nothing spectacular about taste, I've lived in... Korea and Japan so of course my expectations are high but it wasn't bad nor the presentation. Soy chicken glazed buns arebeautiful but need some flavor...pickled onion maybe???????????, the Ramen was pretty decent...would come again when in thearea. Read more
