Do not come here! Ordered 4 drinks and some food. Knowing it was early in the morning and takes time to set up, I ordered... extra early. I get there and the drinks are done but nothing else. The guy at the counter said I was all set. Told him no Iwasn?t and pointed to the order flashing bright red on the screen. Said you never made our food. Then runs off to help othersand not even start it. After 5 min he comes back to ask if I needed anything else. I said yes, my food. Pointed again at thescreen with even more orders. He huffed and started cooking. Gives it to me?and it was someone else?s order (this is afterpointing no less than 5 times to my order). Now I?m in there for close to 20 min now. Asked how much longer then he startsberating me that if I didn?t order such complicated items it wouldn?t take so long! They were so easy to make I could havedone it myself not even knowing how to work the equipment! Finally get my order and off I go?..only to find out he never evencooked one of them. Just ice cold eggs. I know it?s tough so early and when you are by yourself but you NEVER get on thecustomer like that?..specially when it?s something on your menu you are supposed to know how to make! Read more

Crazy how this is the second time I come to this location and on both times they are closed almost an hour before they are... listed as closing. While the employees are still inside the entire time probably running the clock when management isn?t aroundjust to collect and sit.. never again coming back to this location. WAWA IS DOWN THE STREET with better coffee. Owners don?tcare as Ive noticed I?m not the only one to mention the closing early part and apparently it?s still an issue. Or at leastupdate the opened/ closed times on your door so people don?t waste expensive gas driving to a place that may or might not beopened. Read more
the past few times i have been to this dunkin my drinks haven't been made right which is annoying if you could understand me. i... had once ordered a frozen hot chocolate and they didn't add the chocolate syrup or anything. though depending who is there theworkers can be either nice or act like they don't want to be there so that's why I'm giving it a two star rating Read more
50% of time you ask for light cream/milk in your iced coffee it comes out a milkshake. Most recently, I asked the gentleman 3... separate times to only use a little bit of milk and every time he still used way too much and the coffee was undrinkable. Nomatter how many times and clearly you ask for how you would like your coffee, it is usually ignored. It was easier during preCovid times when you could make your own additions to your coffee. I will never be going back here and would rather travelfurther to Starbucks in town than not be able to enjoy my coffee how I?d like it. Disappointing and frustrating service. Read more
"This is my first stop every week day" I love this place for several reasons, but the most important is the personnel who work... there. Dennis is always welcoming and ready to help with a big smile, his coworkers understand the importance of a fast qualityservice. They really know their customers, for many of us, they already know what we want. They make us I feel likefamily. There is only one thing I would like to mention, especially for the owner of the building. I have been concerned forseveral days now, that nobody seems to pay attention to the handicapped sign outside the store. Last time I tried to fix itmyself since it has been bent towards the sidewalk.
