It is a nice place and pretty tasty ice cream (a little bit over-sweet for me but still nice). What I really don?t like about... the way they serve ice-cream is how they prepare two-taste one. If you?d like to have mix of chocolate and strawberry do notexpect to see a mix, it will be chocolate ice-cream on the top of strawberry one, so you have to it first taste then go another. Read more

This place is unsafe and can be deadly for any child. Yesterday afternoon I went with my children and some of his friends to... have a good time at the magic Fountain we love the place but I never imagined that this would turn into a nightmare, afterreceiving his ice cream my 10-year-old son went to sit like other people on the edge of the patio (next to other people)realizing that the barks are moving, he decides to sit a few feet further away, imagine that another smaller child handles thosebricks on top, being so heavy and not supporting the weight, one of those bricks fell on my son in the foot, who was with hisfoot stretched out enjoying his ice cream, I immediately went to the window to request ice while trying to calm my son, you canimagine that he was very ill from the pain and I was evaluating the possibility of calling an ambulance , the response of one ofthe vendors was that they did not have ice, and he offered me a bandaid, do you really think that a bandaid can help a foot thata brick has fallen on? as in place with so many freezers do not have ice? or something frozen that can help, also perhaps aplace so crowded by children does not have an emergency kit with a cold pack, I asked again for ice or something that my son canput on to relieve his pain, finally realizing that it was something serious (from his window), after a few long minutes theygave me a small bag of shaved ice, no one from the place even came to check my son's seriousness, offered to call an ambulance,or helped to assist my son or know if it was okay, absolutely nothing! but I want to appeal to the owner and the city of summitabout the safety of the place, how is it possible that a place so popular with children?s and teenagers has overlapping bricks!Without any kind of warning sign, access restriction, or anything that can warn of the risk that those bricks can fall on one ofour children, and tremendous negligence can undoubtedly be fatal!
