Worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. There is one terribly bitter and disrespectful girl with green eyes and drawn on eyebrows who... makes it a dread to go there - always on her phone, ignores you when you ask a question, and very dirty. I watched her pick hernose and make a drink immediately after - she?s just disgusting inside and out. This place has the worst management issues I?ve ever seen at any coffee shop. the few times I?ve been here there?s always one... person handling the entire store, even during the morning rush, or they?re closed with a handwritten note on the door citingstaffing issues. Have been going there since years but recently girl named silly gave me an racist experience. Talking nice to white but not... others. Even though me being with family was nice since start and my order was larger than most of the people in queue. Shecould have been soft spoken and should learn to behave nicely. Read more
The staff is very nice here, but I was disappointed to see that they use disposable cups that get thrown out to prepare drinks... for reusable cups. What's the point of Starbucks encouraging us to use reusable cups if they still end up wasting disposablecups? Read more
