Super fun ice cream roll creations, plus good Thai tea, which (in my experience) is hard to find in this area
Solid rolled ice cream shop. Mango or fruit chopped up, all kinds of great toppings and provided combination of service and... watching them make it is a bit with kids and adults. When a big party of kids is there, though, no good. Chaotic and long waittimes with a lot of kids. Bubble tea is good, not too sweet.
