Poor customer service (at least from the tall gentleman taking orders), extremely long wait time for food followed by bringing... the wrong dish. Follow that with more long wait time to then be delivered an extremely overpriced simple crepe. Unbelievabledisappointing first time experience. They offer egg on the menu with one item, but don?t sell a la carte. No soft drinks. Justcoffee, tea and juice. No flexibility at all. No need to return again. $14 a dish?. For this?!?! Yikes. You can find the yummiest crepes here accompanied by delicious coffee. The creperie is located in a cute area with vintage... shops all around for shopping and vibe is super nice inside as well. A great place for brunch! Try out their craft lemonade andiced caramel latte. Highly recommend the chipotle chicken crepe and spinach pesto crepe. Read more
Craft.19 is by far the best coffee shop that I?ve visited. The food is great and the coffee is phenomenal. Their coffee never... leaves a bitter taste in my mouth and that hits the spot for me. I highly recommend trying a hot half sweet honey latte for agood coffee experience. Read more
The crepes were decent. We tried the Spinach Pesto, the Raspberry Dream and the Lumberjack. The cheese never did melt into the... crepe so all the ingredients kind of felt apart with each bite. Food and drinks were very good. Staff was friendly. Price points for some items were a little off, IMHO. Ingredients and... presentation were top notch. The whole setup wasn't really my vibe though. I felt like I stepped into a portal that took me toWest Seattle or the Pearl District in Portland. But for those that can dig it, it is a pleasant alternative to many of the areasofferings. This location is known for its delicious Crepes! I wanted for so long to try their specialty! So I decided with my friend to... have a breakfast here! It was very a pleasant experience, because this location is so cozy and it was a pleasure to dine in! Acomfortable place to have a breakfast, quiet and beautiful designed for readers! A lot of plants that are for sale, craft teasfor all taste! I had a cappuccino and a delicious crepe with spinach, tomatoes, pesto and cheese, just DELICIOUS! Highlyrecommend this place! I love it! The coffee was good and the barista was knowledgeable about her product but the sizes were a little bit off. Asked for "a 16 oz... grande" and received a 12 oz cup of coffee. When I asked about it I was promptly informed that the store serves 8, 12 and 16 ozcups so the 12 oz was the grande equivalent. Now I realize that we the consumer can't expect everyone to use the Starbuck'ssizing chart but still. When someone orders a "16 oz grande" at the register, maybe that would be the best time to inform themthat your medium size was only 12 oz. Or, maybe offer to make a 16 oz cup for the customer when they obviously were expecting alarger drink size. Or, if you refuse to use the Starbuck's sizing because your not Starbucks then use the regular acceptedtranslation, grande is Spanish for large which again would have been Craft.19's 16 oz large. The atmosphere in Craft.19 wasawesome. This is the only cafe that I have been to that had an adult's only section which I am 100% in favor of. Not only was itquiet and away from the children but it also was not overly loud due to the music being pumped out. Way too loud through thespeakers as you would find in many other cafes. Read more
