I?m actually in the line still waiting and can?t move because of cars in line. I have been in line for 25 minutes and next to no... movement. This jack in the box doesn?t understand the meaning of fast food. And since they can get orders right after long waitlike this I will not, and recommend never to come to this jack in the box?. It?s beyond terrible and not worth the money andwait! So bad I wish it would allow 0 and so it?s not confused that?s a zero?. Star I repeat zero star establishment! What isjack in the box doing?! Disappointed, charged me $18 forgot to give me my drink, took 30 minutes to get threw the drive thru. Nice employees but that?s... ridiculous. This is fast food, didn?t expect that long of a wait. I like jack in the box but paid for items I didn?t get. Read more
You can't leave more than one review so I have to delete my previous bad review so that people will see my new one which is the... same take. When i make the mistake of coming to this establishment for a quick bite I am always reminded of how bad everythinghere is. This is 8+ years of living close to this place and 8+ years of dissapointment. Coming here you can look forward to a30+ minute wait, even though there is only 2 cars in front of you, your order being wrong even if it's straight off the menuwith no changes, terrible customer service etc. I'm not sure how they are still in business. They currently have a 3.3* in atown that only has McDonald's, Subway and Jack in the Box for fast food. I may or may not get some automated response to thiswhere I'm supposed to go to some website at the direction of the *owner* to complain to corporate. How can you not acceptpersonal responsibility for how bad the franchise you own has always been. Corporate isn't going to change anything. Figure outhow to make it better yourselves. Stopped in for dinner and the young lady with the purple hair(sorry I did get the name) was very pleasant and professional. Nice... change from the typical fast food workers that don?t feel the need to give decent customer service. Well done. Read more

Walked in waited at the counter. Finally, a woman came up to tell us that the lobby/ counter was closed. Because of the way the... drive through is situated, had go back out on the street to loop back in to get in the drive through line. Waited between 5-10minutes as I was getting soak by the rain before finally being asked for our orders! Sandwich was subpar?
