I had the egg and cheese on a biscuit it was so dang good I had to order another. The biscuit is like something I cant describe... honestly ... I'm shaking my head it was so good. Bought a half gallon of sweet tea that was old and had something floating at the top. Completely ruined everyone's appetite.
Trash establishment. Ordered my food and lady behind the counter starts telling the cashier "I wish this place would close for... two weeks". Like nobody is forcing her to work. Ordered a family meal had to ask for my tea. I don't usually complain but ifthese employees don't want to work there are people who do. Chick-fil-A the only fast food chain that makes people feelcomfortable ordering food. Read more
The establishment was well staffed so i dont understand whyyyy nobody was working. The manager was busy on their phone,... employees was walking around looking lost. We only ordered two bo berry biscuits. Was told we would have to wait at the door forthem. We asked how long of a wait that would be, we received *tsk* and rolled eyes and a sarcastic two minutes. We asked for ourmoney back which took the same amount of wait as it would for them to box the two biscuits. It was a hot mess. Read more

Funny that Google should ask me to rate my visit as I just left there. Went through the drive-thru and was told I would have to... wait for my chicken to be made. I ordered the family 12-piece with 3 sides (1 fries, 2 of dirty rice) The drive-thru attendanttold me I would have to wait 10 mins for my chicken to be made. I said that was fine and I would wait. She was silent for about30 seconds. I wasn't sure what was going on. I said hello do I need to pull around? She came back on saying there is a wait forthe chicken. I again said that was ok. She asked me to pull to the 2nd window. When I got to the window they once again told meI would need to wait for my order. I said that is fine. She assured me it would take 10 mins. She then rang me up. Then asked meto pull forward. Why did I need to pull forward with no one behind me? ???? Well, I pulled forward and waited...... 25 minslater an employee came out to hand an order to someone that pulled up within minutes at the mobile curbside. I said can youplease check my order, I've been here for 25 mins. They asked to see my receipt and I showed them where it said 4:42pm it wasnow 5:08pm. They said wow, ok and zipped off with my receipt in hand. Yes, I know they purposely took my receipt because it hada survey on it. But I also know Wanda, so she will hear personally from me about this experience and my review. Then once againI waited without a receipt or food. Finally, at 5:20pm my food came to my car window. I asked the girl for my reciept and shesaid she didn't have it, but would send someone out with it. Not a third time I wasn't waiting. I left. Got home and wouldn'tyou know it. Only thing that was hot was the 2 skinny chicken legs. There was 6 wings, 1 breast, 3 thighs. The wings were hardas if they sat there all day in the warmer and dried out. ????
