Upon arriving onto the establishment, it seemed dead besides the few cars slowly moving around the drive thru line. Once I got... inside it was even worse than the outside. Although the dining room was open, there was not a soul sitting down. Let's hope thatis due to the time frame (around 3 PM). I was immediately greeted by a worker, but after the greeting the worker said "I willbe with you shortly, I am the only cashier and have been all day." In all my years of eating at Chick-Fil-A, I have never seenas few front liner workers as I did today. Speaking of Chick-Fil-A, most that I have been at had someone going around asking ifyou needed anything, however, this one did not have someone doing that. It differently would not get a badge for most friendlybut the food didn't disappoint, which is always a plus. Read more

just for the record I am not a Chick-fil-A basher. As a matter of fact I love love love Chick-fil-A! Now, with that being said:... There was no possible way to get the order more bungled than this first associate did. In fact, by time I got to the paymentkaboodle the person was so confused with the order from the initial order taker that after trying to amend and correct he sentme around to the pick up window. When I got to the pick up window, they apparently didn't have a clue what was going ontherefore a quick 5-minute drive-thru ended up being about 35 - 40 minutes and then the order was wrong, naturally. In nearly 40years of visiting Chick-fil-A this has been the absolute worst service I've ever had at a Chick-fil-A brand and I'm from NewYork so you know that says a lot when this is South Carolina and compared to New York, South Carolina usually has excellentservice however, compared to South Carolina but this location this time around and on the previous visit to same location, theorder was wrong. New York service greatly outperformed which is NOT saying very much for this location. How do you get threemeals large no fries, add soup a milkshake and two individual sandwiches no pickles, and a side order of mac and cheese wrong?The drinks are half and half, half and half and lemonade and that's just how I said it. Then I added a marketplace salad andasked for one of each dressing and my goodness that caused chaos. There's no indication of what their salad dressings are as they're not on the menu board. So how am I supposed to choose a dressing from the drive-thru when the listings are not there.Anyway I got to the window and they said I would have to pay extra for the more than two dressings, an upcharge, they stated andI said okay just give me the two because one of each was becoming way too much of a hassle with the bill already $50 and theorder, wrong. Chick-fil-a is efficient! No matter how long there line is, you won?t be sitting there forever. The food is amazing as well! I... wish they would bring back the smokehouse barbecue sandwich. Read more

For a company that?s known to be fast accurate and friendly, this location fails to meet even the minimum standard. They fail to... properly take an order, the common sight of a manager that can control traffic is no longer a thing but rather a woman thatleans on the wall keeping a conversation with employees, and the running of their lanes for getting an order is a failure when asingular person can run it into shambles due to a evident lack of training or care. Now 2 times in 2 weeks, drive thru.. not as busy as could be (evening) large waffle fries not ?large? again - poorly done, sorta... limp and greasy, again. Sandwich OK, market salad actually what hoped for & good. But fry game needs improvement. Read more

This was my 1st time at this particular Chik-fil-A. I stopped by to pick up my granddaughter a kid's meal for the drive back... home. When I saw the fries all I could do was shake my head. The fries were cold and the nuggets were barely warm. Thedrive-thru is supposed to go pretty quickly so I thought. They need to make sure that if they have someone on the register thatthey can count or at least provide a calculator. Also, make sure they have proper change. Read more
