I call for a take out order n the young lady charged me 16.00 for the 3 for me supposedly 10.99 meal.then when I there it was... 19.88 because a tip was added with out my permission then it took forever for the scanner to work for my debit payment then Iget home n my crisper look like blackened crispers....nothing like the picture or what I've seen before. The "bar and grill" was wrapping up at 930 to close at 10 on a Saturday! They cranked up the AC to rush people out the door... (which is understandable). What I cannot forgive is my food. All I wanted was a burger and it tasted like kerosene????. I took abite and decided I wasn't eaten. Disappointed. The server was nice though. Read more
They couldn't get the table kiosk to work and the server walked away when I tried to show her my rewards email. Due to this we... got only chips and salsa instead of the chips, salsa and queso that we should have received. Also she didn't give us anopportunity to select our side order just assuming that we wanted fries. (Not) Food was pretty good and it is a nice cleanfacility. This was our 1st time visiting this Chilli. They did not disappoint. The mangers walked around helping their servers and making... sure the guest were ok. I could tell it was a little short staff but the service didnt show that at all. Tyler was my serversand he was friendly and managed all his tables well. The food was hot and drinks were good. Excellent Grilled Chicken Salad with avocado. My coworker said he loved the shrimp tacos. Happy hour 4pm to 7pm was great.... Classic Margaritas and Well Drinks for $3.99 can't beat the price. The waiter was very friendly and cheerful. Interestinglyenough they do no offer a military discount. I guess they have enough clientele not to offer one. In any case, it was a goodvisit. Read more
I arrived about 5 minutes before expected ready time and checked in. I waited in my vehicle for about 15 minutes and called and... she acted inconvenienced that she had to bring it out to me- or at least that?s what it seemed (I had even tipped in advance). Iget back to my hotel and the chicken was cold and dried up, the mini burgers were cold and the soup watered down- even more thanusual. Also, I was charged .75 for two slices of applewood smoked bacon, but just received some bacon bits. The worst of it, thebroccoli was completely black/brown- no joke, I have no idea how the cook passed it through and expo accepted it. Read more

Worst service I've received in sumter too date and that's saying something. How are you gonna forget my Burger when you bring my... whole family's plates out.
