Owner should consider expanding to a bigger location. The demand is very high which means the city of Sumter loves the food.... Customer service is good but they need a bigger facility. Maybe an outdoor area to eat if they decide to stay in the same area.Also the online ordering option actually takes longer than calling in the food or waiting for the tables. Read more

My family loves Eggs Up Grill in Sumter and we have been loyal customers for years here. However, lately the poached eggs for... the Philly cheese steak Benedict have been under cooked and the whites were still clear which is unusual for this place. Theymust have changed kitchen staff at some point as of late. I?m sure I?m not the only one, but the coffee is extremely weak, andit?s the strongest they have. I thought it was tea when they brought it to me?I ordered it black and could see the bottom of thecup. Definitely needs better coffee, the entrée would pair better with stronger coffee. Read more
This is a restaurant that I have to add to 1 of my favs. This was a very friendly atmosphere. Our customer service was... immaculate. I ate the peaches and cream pancakes with scrambled eggs and turkey sausage and it had my taste buds doing a littledance. Like, who thought of the peaches and cream pancakes? Idk but I'm glad they did. Those pancakes were cooked to perfection,my egg was perfect (not too dry and not too moist), and the sausage was juicy. I caught the "itis" shortly afterwards and was oncloud 9 when I left.. My best friend and I have decided to make this our weekly breakfast spot. We spent UNDER $30 for bothmeals. If you love pancakes + Cheesecake.. you will not be disappointed when you order these!! Eggs up is our favorite breakfast spot... on Sunday?s! The service is always so pleasant and the waitresses are always so positive and kind. We have no complaints otherthan everyone in town likes to go at the same time!! This place is hoppin'!! I can't explain why everything I've ever ordered has been perfect?! In the kitchen, the staff is fast... yet always cool headed when absolutely slammed. The floor staff are amazing too. They handle the masses with humor and kindness.If it's super busy just chill, enjoy your time with the folks you came in with and don't make the day harder for the kind folksthat are gonna bring you the most perfect food!
