Placed an order for a deep dish hot and ready pepperoni they said 10mins none were ready I went store and came back 15 mins... later still not ready 30 mins later still waiting. Worst service ever! No apology. This place is a joke. Read more
I've been to this Little Ceasars Pizza many times and have walked away satisfied with the service, but the last time I came... inside I was informed there were no $5 pizzas available to purchase and was not informed when there would be more available. Itook that as " tough s#@t". I walked away steaming and held my tongue so not to startle the other patrons and employees. Theonly reason I'm giving three stars and not one star is because all of the previous visits I've had good service. I will comeback again and hopefully met by better customer service. Read more
Warning! Do not eat here! We gave them 3 chances. The first two times we only ordered a cheese pizza and they gave it away both... times. The cashier actually laughed about it on one occasion and both times my husband had to wait 45 minutes for a new one.Today we ordered a pizza with toppings on half so they couldn?t give it away. However, the crust was so thin on most of thepizza that we had to scrape it off the box and one piece was not edible. It was not a thin crust pizza either. Ordered online at 4:51 pm. I did arrive late, around 5:45 pm. I had to wait a line where I had to stand in the corner between... the drink machines and the glass wall. When I finally got to the register they informed me that my order was never given to thekitchen. I asked if I was going to have to wait again, behind the other six people who were in front of me and she said yes. Shewent to the back and the another person came out and said that my order was ready. She gave me my order and I went to the car. Iordered 5 slice-n-sticks, a pan pizza, and a crazy bread. When I went to open my food, one of the slice-n-sticks, the pan pizza,and the crazy bread looked good. When I opened my other four slice-n-sticks, they were burnt to a crisp and I took them backinside. I know that I was late picking them up , but that has nothing to do with why they were overcooked and hard as a rock. Itwas just sitting there. The people inside of Little Caesar?s told me there wasn?t anything to they could do and that it was myfault that the pizza looked like that. I ordered a thin crust 3 meats pizza with an order of cheese sticks! I had no idea the cheese stick did not come with a marinara... sauce! I bought the marinara sauce and low and behold it has mold!! Wedgefield Little Caesars will never get my money!!! Thenthe cashier I?m assuming is the manager catches an attitude!! Never in a million years Ive been disrespected by a cashier then Icall to tell her the outcome of buying old marinara sauce and she hangs up on me!! No charge should have been charged forsomething that should be free!!! I will be speaking with her head manager in charge over her! VERY RUDE IMPOLITE ANDDISRESPECTFUL!! If I could give zero stars I would. We normally use the other location in our town with great service. How ever someone else was... picking up this time so I used this location. The app gave us an estimated time our order would be ready and some one was thereat that time. Well they ended up having to wait an extra 30 minutes for the pizza meaning it took them over an hour to fix 3pizzas. Also according to tracking our order wasn't even started until after the estimated pickup time. Read more
Number one rule of business, do not advertise what you're unable to deliver on. I ordered a hot and ready lunch combo and of... course it was neither hot or ready. I wasn't greeted as I walked in and I had to wait for one of the employees to acknowledgethat I was there. So consider this my final time visiting this location and maybe final time visiting this chain as a whole. Read more
