Placed my order they said 30 min arrived they said 30 more minutes!! Horrible service.
My pizza pepperoni . With onions and jalapeños. This is what I got. I called talked to manager that could not fo anything but... send a driver out to replace. But since I do not live in there delivery location my I would have to drive the 20 min up thereand 20 back to the house. My kids was starving. I could not do that. She said well you can take it up to corporate but I gottatell you it'll take two weeks or better before you get a coupon in the mail. So I had to eat the dang pizza ... pizza don'ttaste the same if the pepperoni isn't cooked on it.. plus it was soggy. All 3 we got were.. was very disaapointed.disappointed..I mean I ordered a pizza delivered to my house as usual around Christmas time. We move. Come back in April and told they do notdeliver in our area. Can't even enter our address in to order.. sux.. but what ever.. I'd rather drive to another pizza placethen eat here.. Read more
I ordered 2 New York-style pepperoni and received 2 new york style cheese pizzas. I also ordered a hand toss pepperoni and they... got that right, but I also live an hour away from the store and wasn't able to take it back. When I called them to let them knowabout the mistake they said that they were going to mail me a gift card I don't know how much the gift is but I was verydisappointed. If I ever buy from them again I'm going to make sure to check my order before leaving. Read more

went inside the store on Ginyard in Sumter SC and ordered two so call New York style pizzas white sauce with black olives... chicken mushrooms and the other one plain cheese they did not put my black olives on there they gave me the chicken with adifferent kind of sauce which was good much ,when I called them up they tell me if it was touch they cannot do anything norefund no exchange nothing !! I think that is very poor business they need to listen when somebody complain Didn?t want tocompromise or anything don?t buy from them Stick with Pizza Hut shame on you shaq ! FOOD IS AMAZING, STUFF CRUST ALL THE WAY!! Everything was perfect! This location is amazing, I am not sure when all the others... showed up or with who but Sunday May 6th 1-2pm were beyond amazing. Watching how fast the pies were being created and howaccurate they were, with added pressure of being low staffed, was angelic. And the person taking orders and handling the passoff of Pies was extremely kind and empathetic to all of the customers that were there with me. I gave a tip, but its going tobe bigger next time I see them, and if I had a vote to give raises for these two exceptional workers and their calm heads undermassive pressure, ya it would be definitely be yes, and you need to keep them as employees at all costs. The staff at this location are exceptional. Also, eager to please and so friendly. I just wish the pricing was better, the... quality is always good thought. I would highly Recommend this place. Read more
