Honestly one of the worst pizza places. We order our food and its gonna take 2 hours just for it to arrive. Well we hit the 2... hour mark and I call and they still hadn't even put my pizzas in the ovens or made them yet. Drive up there because the ladytells me they are going in in 15 mins. Ok thats great they weren't put in until after I arrived 45 mins after I called. Theresno way it should take 3 hours. Also the manager and I'm assuming she was a manager wasn't even in uniform or anything had on apair of leggings and a croptop and thats super unprofessional in my opinion. Placed an order for delivery. Was given a wait time of 29 min. 2 hours later still waiting. Called in to find out what was... taking so long. The manager was unhelpful & just kept repeating that it was out for delivery. He said the wait time was just anapproximate & that they don't compensate for extended waits. I didn't ask for compensation, just an explanation. Horriblecustomer service! Over 2 hours now & still waiting! Read more
This review isn't necessarily for the employees as much as its for the overall Pizza. Not sure what has changed with papa John's... Pizza but I would have gotten a better Pizza from the frozen food section. This Pizza was seriously worse than a frozen one. Itwas WAY over priced ($17 for a large), and the large looked more like a medium, did they reduce the size? It was ready for pickup when stated, and bless her heart the employee attempted to make a joke that was more annoying than funny and didn't seem toappreciate my response. Can honestly say I would go to Walmart and get a frozen pizza before returning to any papa John's. Read more
7 Jan 2021 (Dalzell, SC), I placed an order on the app for delivery and the app showed 108 minutes. After 120 minutes, I... called to ask where my pizza is,, and the person on the phone stated they had only 2 drivers and 200 orders. Of course, Icancelled my order. My thought is, if you have 200 orders, why can't you offer enough money to hire more drivers than just 2. Just ridiculous. when I live 10 minutes from papa johns and they can't bring my order within 1 hour. Yes, I could drive to getit but I choose to pay a delivery fee and driver tip so I can have some convenience. I guess I'm just another customer theylose.
