Not sure why it took soo long, but I waited for 25 mins in the lobby for my food. Come out; my food was given to another... customer. These guys seem very disorganized and need help getting the correct meals out to the right customers. Horribleexperience I had at Sonic Drive-In. Read more

We have eaten in this dining room before up until 12am, so we thought there would be no problem coming in tonight. Some of our... party got out and started to go in, but a girl came out and said " Are all y'all about to come eat in here?".........rudely. Weasked...."can we?". The food is good, but dont understand the increase in price. If the price has to increase, service and product should be better... so we feel our money is well spent. We have gone through the Sonic drive through in Sunter more than 2 times a month. At leasthalf of those times, the order is wrong. I let the cashier working the drige through know we want fries with our meal instead oftator tots. Shouldnt be hard. We ask for fries every visit. Our last visit we were charged for cheese on our fries that we didntask for and our daughter didnt like so we basically wasted money because your employees cant get an order right. We have stoppedgoing so much because of how much the food is, close to $20 for nugget meal and a cheeseburger, and because our order is wrongalmost everytime we go. Read more

The last couple of times there's been problems ordering or getting a sonic blast. This time they let me order and then had me... sit in front of the building for like 10 minutes, stating they have call in orders? I would suggest people who order at thelocation are first priority, not someone who's not even at the store yet. Once the phone order arrives at the store, then theycan be on the 1st priority list! The parking in front of the drive through window is dangerous, several people came with inchesof hitting me when exiting the drive through window, I'm guessing they don't know you're waiting for part of your order or don'tcare!!! I've never had a problem in Camden, maybe you should call them and ask how they handle Ice Cream orders? Read more

I ordered two milkshakes, not during the prime of the day only one car ahead of me I was asked to park. I waited approximately 3... minutes my shakes were brought out without the extra cherries and messy all down the sides with no napkins. Shakes were good butdidn?t understand why the need to wait so long and get the order wrong. Read more

The quality of sonics food is really good, I'm a regular that's why I'm giving the place five stars, pretty much everyone is... wholesome and in a good mood, they are always working and have no chill to rolling the stakes. Unfortunately this time aroundthey didn't give me enough fries but hopefully tomorrow when I go I'll make sure they do because they are so yummy! Read more
