This location was disappointing. My first time back in 4 years after moving away. The store was extremely busy, obviously no... fault of the staff, but none the less, I waited 15 minutes for an Iced Coffee which they added classic syrup to when no otherstore does unless asked. The store had a slight unpleasant odor when you walked in. The bathrooms certainly needed someattention. There were also boxes of retail items scattered throughout the already crowded floor space. Does not offer order ahead. I had to wait over 15 minutes for 2 coffees and neither were typical Starbuck quality.
Walked in to an open door. There were 8 people sitting inside where they make the coffee.. and I was told "the Cafe is closed... you can only order through the app or drove thru" as I was standing in the building and in front of the cashier. One of the mostignorant things I've ever encountered. This starbucks is a joke. Read more
