Staff was great!!..Fries were on point!!. Now the burger..$7.99..for a 1 patty burger..which by the way are now paper... thin..almost like the pre made burgers from Freddys..I won't be going back until you return with the burgers you used to make!! Read more
We ordered a large French fry and they gave us a mountain overflowing bagful, it was amazing!
I'm not sure what happened to five guys but my burger was disgusting and tasted rancid. My fries were also soggy and tasted like... I was pouring a jar or Morton's salt into my mouth. And the topper was I paid over $24 for a bacon burger, fries and sour tea. Read more
The staff are clearly overwhelmed and don't have enough help, but giving them some patience goes a long way. Our food was made... perfectly and the staff members were very polite and helpful. They were busy and trying to get everyone taken care of as quicklyas possible. They are doing a great job! Read more
