Food is great. Service is terrible. They usually have the phone off the hook so any calls won?t come through. And when you... finally do get through they immediately place you on hold for 30 minutes while you hear them laughing and chatting with theiremployees and other customers. Read more
Normally they are awesome. No complaints. But this day was horrible. I called in my order and waiting on line over 40mins ended... up driving off and never getting my food. I think on busy days just do inside orders. Because doing both windows and insidedidn't work that day. Other than that the food is always good. Read more
Outstanding customer service. Very good sub sandwiches. Exceptionally clean. Reasonable prices. They have chef salad! Order... inside. I would return. We bought 6 sandwiches, no sides,no drinks. They support local businesses with their business card wall.Great job!!! Read more

Horrible service !! My girl ordered a #19 and she asked for extra onions and this is what she got ! The girl who took our order... at the window was rude and nasty towards us didn?t want to take our order and when we got our sub it was very thick only for usto find Dang two full cut up onions in her sub this is plain ignorant and childish we will not be going back ever again !!!! I know they are extremely busy and it's really hard to stay caught up but I wish they had someone to just answer the phone. ... That lady that works the drive in window at lunch is awesome. No matter how busy she is her attitude is always wonderful. Always a smile on her face. She is very courteous and she gets the orders out fast. Great sandwiches. Read more
