I'm so disgusted with the waffle house. Do y'all even care about who y'all hire and who y'all have to respresent y'all. Our... waitress Brittany was trash! So rude, not attentive at all. Never asked us how we were and or if we needed our drinks refilled.We had to call on her for everything! She gave us dishes that wasn't clean and we had to get fresh dishes. When we firstedwalked in the floor was a mess with pickles and hash browns all on the floor. What a presentation waffle house. So this is whatwe get when we spend our money with you. She was very unknowledgeable and didn't like to be corrected. And the list goes on but.It will be a very long time before we go back. We are livid about our service there. Read more
This place is absolutely ridiculous. Let me start by saying the waiter was very nice. I ordered the pork chop breakfast and when... I received my pork chops they were not all the way cooked so I politely asked the waiter to ask him to put them back in thegrill. Noah responded I will get to it when I get to it. I ate all of my food and never received the pork chops cooked. I guessNoah meant that he will get to it when he gets to it. I frequent this location but this location will never get my money goingforward. The waiter did apologize and I definitely appreciate her for that. However if you have people working that don?t wantto work here, please promote them to a customer. Read more
The restaurant is extremely understaffed. The experience was terrible. The staff were rolling there eyes at each other and acting very childish. The chef was the only... person that was actually working and no one was backing him up. Our waitress asked her coworker to make a fresh pot of coffeeand he said he didn't have time but proceeded to walk back and forth doing nothing. They were being very rude to the customersthat were coming in which caused them to leave. I'm very disappointed ???? and hope that management cares enough to try tobetter there establishment. Friendly staff and food okay. Biscuits and gravy was off tasting. Prices around the medium range. Could use bigger booths.
The boy that cook on night shift needs to be fire he can not cook order a Texas cheese steak with bacon the bacon was still raw... an I also ordered a cheese steak omelette it was over cook look bad get him out the kitchen the little fat boy. Read more
