I didn?t get extra tartar sauce in my fish sandwich. Didn?t get napkins or ketchup. Asked for no onions on my burger and it... had onions on it. And it is a darn shame that a popular food chain can?t even get their milk shake machine fixed they wouldrather get rid of milk shakes all together. Read more
It was probably a bad day for the employees, cold food and they didn't really care. Ordered later again and it was better so... luck of the draw I guess. It will be great to see robotic automation replace the difficult tasks of cooking food properly andserving at proper temperatures. Adapt or robo burger will replace you but for now that's not in AZ yet. Read more
My patty was almost raw and I have had a stomach ache all afternoon since I was eating it.
Ordered the two for $12.99. My impossible burger was cold,so I sent it back. Clerk didn't acknowledge me,just told other clerk... needed another impossible burger. Replaced burger was luck warm. Smile and thank you or sorry works for me it might for othercustomers too. Read more
My wife got a impossible Burger it was ice cold and I had a chicken sandwich that was lukewarm. We took the impossible Burger... back it took almost 15 minutes just to get it back and it still was not hot but she eat 1/2 the sandwich thru the rest away.Well that one Burger King that's not going to see our business again. This restaurant charged us $ 21 for two very sub-standard meals. My crispy chicken sandwich and my friend's onion rings had... obviously been hanging out four HOURS. Granted, it was 10 minutes before closing, but if your are going to charge THOSE prices,customers deserve a quality product, no matter the time. We are pretty sure it was the manager who served us this sad excuse forfood. Poor products reflect poor leadership. Avoid this place is my advice. Read more
