That was the worst Burger I ever had taken out before. You can tell it was cooked in a microwave and sat there. the roll it was... disgusting you can tell with the moisture was all over it. The manager Amit needs to be fired. Having a manager like him at this store is beyond embarrassing, especially one who hangs the... phone up on anyone who wants to address a concern. I was a manager at fast food for years and the way this man treated ourfamily was beyond disappointing. I will never be coming back to this location again. Drive thru had 5 cars in it so we we went inside. Stood at the counter for about 5 minutes and finally asked the guy next to us... if he was in line or already been helped. He replied, Noone has even acknowledged me. There another woman at the countertoo. There were 5 employees standing feet away from us all. Talking amongst themselves, giggling, and looking our way but,they never said anything until we asked what was going on. One girl said some ice cream was soft and it's almost ready. I was ignored for about 5 mins while several people in the kitchen had loud inappropriate conversation and someone did a task... turned away from the counter. When I was finally addressed and gave my order the person took another order and fixed theirblizzards. I wanted water but the person went back to whatever they were doing. Between me and the other customer we had whatequalled one combo and it was still over ten minutes. I checked the food in the car. It was cold. I had to be somewhere and didnot want to be late so I'd just heat it later. The beef was cold, tasteless, and tough. The bun was cold and kinda flat. Why doI aways get tomato butts when I order LTM?
