30 minutes to get 5 piece blackened tender meal. First time and last time eating here lol. Was told to park and wait 5... minutes. I was very polite and patient. It's the worst Popeyes I have ever ate at.. they had no chicken only thighs and legs , no spicy at all.. my red beans and rice... was cold.. the service sucked. I recommend you never go there.. it horrible! It seem ever time I go they get something wrong orthey are out of something. Mind you it was at 7:30 pm. I just had the worst experience at this location. I was advised that I had to wait 15 minutes which is fine. Ended up being 40... minutes. The employees at the counter stated ?you chose to wait?. I did when I was told it would be 15 minutes. All this timethe drive thru was moving with no problems. I understand staff shortages and they had some equipment issues, but be up front andsay 40 minutes. At that point I know what I am in for or I could leave. The employees at the counter said they don?t have tospeak to me. After all of that when I got home one meal I ordered was supposed to be a 5 piece chicken, and there were only 4pieces. I?m sure they don?t care but I will never go to this location again. Unfortunately I have to give 1 star to post this. Igive it zero stars. Read more
BUYER BEWARE...check your order before you leave! I ordered a 10 piece chicken. I specifically requested legs and thighs. Got... 6 wings in my order, and 4 breasts. Not a leg or thigh in sight. Update 3/21/2022 they didn't have any food 15 minutes before close. I couldn't get chicken tenders, shrimp or even a damn... sandwich. The people running this place suck. They consistently have you pull off to the side for way too long when theyactually feel like cooking your food. Read more
Usually buy from this location a lot but apparently you have to dumb down the orders to get the right order. Horrible staff... didn?t even catch their names to give them ?wonderful? recommendations but trying to figure out how do two of the same ordersonly get one coleslaw and mash potatoes and two drinks? The staff here very disrespectful and I understand they are young butgeeze. I enjoy Popeyes Chicken and their Sides a lot. We were excited when they put the Popeyes in next to our place, but it has... consistently poor customer service. The employees are short, unhappy and act as if it?s a hassle to serve you. This lastvisit, we got the usually awesome customer service, along with being out of several items. The real irritating part was when Iordered the 16 piece Family Tender Meal, they didn?t offer or give me any sauce. After asking for some sauce. I got three.
