This Starbucks is a hit or miss as far as the drinks and customer service goes. Sometimes I'm so happy that I visited this one... and the drinks are great, other times the customer service is mediocre at best and the drinks are terrible. I wish they had arecipe that they were to follow unless otherwise told by the customer. The fraps (sp?)are not consistent. I didn't leave anystar for food because I have never eaten there. Read more

I ordered a cold brew with extra almond milk and toffee nut and they gave me the cold brew with nothing in it worst experience... ever to make it right they didn't remake it they simply gave me almond milk and that was it!!! We had such a helpful and polite cashier/barista. This is a crazy busy store but the crew remained calm and were very effective.
Definitely got food poisoning from this location on Dec 6. My family came here yesterday and ordered drinks and breakfast... sandwiches. I got the impossible egg & cheese. Within an hour I was stricken w extreme nausea. I experienced all food poisoningsymptoms through the day and evening. That sandwich was the only food I had that day. Never coming here again. Read more
