LOVE this Starbucks location!! When I?ve got time and gonna shop for a few minutes I enjoy getting a coffee and a snack! The... baristas are always polite and make the coffee quickly!! I would give the flavor of my drink a 10/10 but the customer service at the end 2/10. I asked several times what drink was what... because I have 3 orders with a tottal of 5 drinks and I dont speak 2cdk . she was rude repeating that the name of the drink waswritten on the side. But their was NO NAME just letters and numbers. I asked a 3rd time more sturnly "excuse me can you Pleasetell me what the drinks are" she rotated the cup showing me the letters x's and numbers again. That means NOTHING TO ME WHEN IDONT WORK THEIR!!!! I told everyone what had happened. Just because she was having a bad day gave her no right to be rude ormean! Read more
First of all let me say that Jenn Behind the counter is extremely rude. about six people in front of me were able to purchase 2... cups per person as their sign stated 2 cups per person. when I get up to the front I asked for 2 cups she then tells me it islimit one per person yet everyone else in front was able to buy two and the sign they have posted clearly says 2 cups perperson.
