Quite possibly the worst McDonald?s in the franchise. Order accuracy is 50/50. About 40% of the time the dining room is... closed even hours after their posted opening hours. The employees sit around on their phones perpetually on break even as thecustomers line up waiting. Read more
10/3/22 9:50 am I just went through drive through and my sausage was missing from my hotcakes. I politely told the young lady... and she told another girl that was so hood and ratchet saying I ordered hotcakes only. I apologized and said I'll pay for thesausage because she was going on and on. They checked the order and I did pay for hotcakes and sausage. This was unprofessionaland so many levels. Read more
The get the best 1 star review I ever written. This place literally should be congratulated on the worst customer service award.... Get this, for extra even ruder customer service ask to speak to the manager to express or try to get a concern resolved (aftermidnight drive thru) this one is a special kind of person that can't be accurately & justifiably described in this format. I gethaving a bad day/night but come on now. I've met sweeter grapefruits than that manager. Phew! Read more
It stinks that this company raised it's prices so freaking much without a single thought to quality or basic human kindness. If... you are going to just slap a bunch of ingredients together haphazardly, maybe don't give it to me when it is so old and dry,that I can't even effectively rebuild my sandwich like I usually do. How hard is it to put a piece of cheese over the patty, orspread the pickles so they aren't stacked in one place on one side, next to the clump of condiments on the other? How hard is itto be pleasant? Their motto should be "we don't care, because we know you will pay it". Not ever again! I can get a betterconstructed, better tasting cheeseburger from 7/11 and not have to put up with attitude problems. Shame on this particularrestaurant and the whole company. Go anywhere else. Everyone it Amazon says not to go here they like to sit around and play on their phones. Mon. Sept 12th 2022 3:05 am only two... customers sitting waiting in the drive-through. Employees inside playing games with each other and another on the phone outside.While we wait and they make NOTHING. Had to pull back around to the drive-through speaker to tell the girl to just go ahead andcancel my order. All i ordered was a small double cheeseburger meal with a small coke. Over 12 minutes i sat there before givingup. All while employees sitting around playing in their phones. . Find better workers or just close late night. Yall wastingeveryones time and money. I went to McDonald?s drive thru and the lady was very nice. I used my points and my free meal deals. I used three coupons for 3... cheeseburger. At the second window the young man took the two burgers back. The night manager who was very unprofessional camewith one burger and accused me of keeping I never received. and I Martinez she had the staff laugh at me and stayed over aburger. I never received such disrespect and unprofessional s group of staff. After hurricane Ian we were eating hot food fast food so what we were blessed. Those people at McDonald's were trying to help... everybody when they have their own separate problems some terrible but they still came to work to help. It's been surrealaftermath of the storm. #Florida strong Read more
