I should have known better but I had to try. Every day 8 drive by Popeyes in Sun City Center and wonder why it's empty. Know I... know why. I waited in the drive through for 20 min. The car ahead of me got out and walked to the window to get the employees toserve the drive through. I then ordered 2 chicken sandwiches a s a large fry. Total was $17! So, my frys were 7$ they better beamazing. The frys were not amazing and lcaked Cajun flavor. The sandwiches were chicken sandwiches nothing amazing. There was ahair in my fries. At this point I really didn't care. Gross. My question has been answered and now I know why the parking lotis forever empty. Read more

Everytime we come here they never have what we order and pay for. They always charge then tell you we do not have that we only... have this .. it is ridiculous. Then you wait 20 minutes for the food That you don't want in the first place, but trying to get arefund is a joke. Three times this has happened. Never again Read more

The definition of ghetto, horrible service. If you do not say something at the car line, you will sit there for at least 30min... waiting for them to greet you. At the window, when the ask you something, they do not wait for you to finish a sentence beforethey start walking away, not to mention that asking them for military discount is looked as if you are bothering. Worst Popeyes location of all the ones I?ve been to! Two separate occasions in a row, the chicken sandwiches taste like they... have been sitting all day! Bread is so hard it?ll break your teeth. The most ghettoist, unprofessional, rudest store manager EVER! I ordered a 8piece nugget combo but was charged for a 8 price... family meal. No big deal, we caught it and they guy was fixing it but the whole time the manager in the back running her mouthlike I did something wrong! It was definitely her fault for mistaking the order but it?s fixable. How you get an attitude withme because YOU messed up. And she?s the manager. Terrible customer service. She?s lucky I respect my elders and didn?t want toescalate the issue because she was completely unnecessary rude. Do better Popeyes or your employees can get hurt. Read more

update.... outside of the incident from below the food has been decent. Except about 4 days ago it was extremely salty. I... thought it was my taste buds my friend said the same. Then yesterday I ordered 2 can dine and I must have been given a babychicken. The legs and thighs were so small. My 5 year old ate 2 legs and thigh. They gave extra piece of chicken probably tocompensate for the size but it was 4 baby pieces and 2 normal sizes wasn't acceptable. Also I think the Cole slaw was old. Ithad a weird after taste and the color was slightly off. Pics of the baby chicken leg. I also had the chicken sandwich which wasreally good but smaller than the bun.... ........I ordered the special where you get 10 pieces to large sides and fivebiscuits for $20. I did it online and when I got there I have to wait 10 minutes for them to cook the chicken which was noproblem. But when I got my food and went home and open the box I realize they gave me nine wings and one leg. That was notacceptable. I don't even like the wings like that my favorite part is the breast. This is the 4th time that I have gotten food (or attempted to) from this Popeye's. I am not sure why I continue to give them a... chance. Previous times we have waited very long times in line after not being able to order inside the store. A time or two Ihave left the drive thru line after 10-15 minutes of not moving. This particular time I decided to try again and after 10minutes in line, I had only moved up in line due to people leaving. I decided that I would order through the app since it wastaking so long and it should be ready by the time I got to the order speaker. Keep in mind that there were no other cars in theparking lot or customers in the restaurant. After 25 more minutes we got to the ordering speaker and before I could tell them Ihad placed an online order, I was asked to wait. It was increasingly clear that orders were being made when they came in andcompleted before the next order was taken. I was a full 5 minutes before I was asked what I wanted, and it took 4 tries to tellthem it was an order for 2 sandwiches and fries. I was told to pull up to the window and there was no one there...for severalminutes. Then someone ordering at the counter was taken care of before I was even talked to. I realized that only 2 peoplewere working inside. After many more minutes, I was asked to pull forward as they were still making my fries. I give the young red head employee a 5 Star bc he is trying like heck to take care of folks but 3 stars to the location and... manager bc the lack of food, out of tenders, nuggets and sandwiches. The quality of the food was still good though. Whomeverowns this place...give the young guy a raise and find a new manager. Read more
