I would have given 4 stars, but our server seemed uninterested in giving great service. We were sat at a small table, and she... did not clear dishes we had already finished, leaving us holding empty plates while she delivered main course. Did not clue into this so we ended up moving all dirty dishes to the empty table beside us. She was sitting down, on her phone, while we waiteda good 10 mins. for the water refills we had asked for. Decided upon Cahilty for date night dinner with my girlfriend. Our server Ailisa C. quickly moved us to a quiet seat at our... request - to avoid a large party that was set to arrive. She took care of our appetizer even tho it was our choice to moveseats. Her service continued to go above and beyond throughout the entire meal. Clearly she was not the only one there thatcared about customer service as the whole service team looked out for one another, the kitchen staff were calm and appeared tohave fun while making our amazing meals. The service was friendly, prompt, and efficient?it was perhaps the best service we?ve ever had, anywhere. Been here for dinner previously and wanted to grab a more substantial breakfast/brunch than the typical coffee shop fare. So,... after looking at a few menus we decided to try Cahility's for breakfast and were pleasantly surprised! The benny's wereflavourful and well cooked, the hash browns spot on, and cranberry french toast was delicious. The restaurant itself has ampleseating, is right by a run and easily accessible from the main strip, and service was pleasant and prompt. This place isstarting to become a favourite of ours! Enjoyed a great breakfast from here today! This place has a more upscale vibe. The menu was way better priced than my... hotel/resort so I was thankful for that.
