I've been going to this Burger King since I was a little kid. It has always been very hit or miss: sometimes cold, sometimes... slow, sometimes a dirty lobby (I love BK food so I keep coming back anyway). Although, recently it's been better. Perhaps theresbeen a change in management. Read more
This was the best burger King experience I have had in a long long time. The person that took order was great. She was prompt... with our online order and nicely explained they were out of a certain flavor of drink and had an alternate suggested. Food wasgreat, nice golden brown on the onion rings. I come to this Burger King everyday for lunch to grab something quick to eat. I get a jr bacon cheese burger and value fry,... always cold. Not even fresh fries to say the least. I came in politely to ask to have burger heated not even fresh fries becauseI didn't wanna seem like a "burden". A worker snatched the bag out of my hand & had a complete attitude the whole service.Horrible customer service. I will never return here again. They honestly should be shut down if they can't find more politepeople for this job. Read more
Went there today and had crappy Service as usual, only this time they stepped it up. I got home and took out my first croissant... and there was only half of an egg in it, so I checked the second one and it was exactly the same. I tried calling two times totalk to a manager and no one answered so I had to drive back there. I waited for about 2 to 3 minutes for somebody to come tothe counter and help me, it happened to be the same guy that helped me at the drive-thru who had kind of an attitude with me. Ishowed him my sandwiches and asked if that's typically what they look like and he said "no, but you were in here an hour ago, soI don't know." I said I was in there 30 min ago you want me to get my receipt? He says "yeah you better". So I go back out inthe rain to get the receipt out of my car. I was in there 30 min prior, I drove to the laundry mat and then home to find my foodlooking like that, AND tried to call TWICE first so I wouldn't have to go back out for something stupid. He was veryargumentative with me instead of just apologizing and taking care of it which caused me to get angrier and raise my voice. Hefinally gave me a refund and I left. His name was Matt, and he said he was the one in charge until 1 when his manager got there.I will NEVER go back to that Burger King again, as a matter of fact most Burger King's that I go to around here I have badexperiences at. Greeter seemed tired, didn't get our order right after we told them twice, food on the other hand was hot and yummy, definitely... a place to stop and get a quick lunch or dinner or a snack. Read more
