The Culver's has been hit and miss for me with the last visit being a big miss. Waited 45 minutes in the drive-through, the last... 30 of which was between ordering and getting my food. They must have prepared it when I ordered as by the time I received it thefood was lukewarm and my concrete mixer was liquid. Hopefully the new location in town is better as I don't plan to go hereagain anytime soon. Read more
Absolutely delicious. I ordered the pot roast sandwich, and it's just like grandma made it, beefy and fall apart tender. I'll... definitely be ordering another one soon. Hope the pot roast sandwich becomes another unique staple for Culvers. Read more
Definitely not as good as it used to be. Every single time I go thru the drive thru they don?t bring it he whole order out. Pull... away after dude brings out the first thing that was forgotten and drive home and another thing missing. Apple juice and icecream not like it?s anything special on a sandwich. I normally never complain but it?s annoying turning around the last 4 timesbecause the simplest thing isn?t with the order Just ordered tonight 10/1 kids meal was fine. Ordered a grill chicken sandwichno pickles get home and it was no chicken ???????? then they got a thing on there phones that says they aren?t available rightnow lol. I love going to this location. Even when they are slammed they are nice and do better at getting orders right compared to other... fast food joints experiencing the same volume of customers. They make a great smash burger and awesome curds. I can count on onehand the number of wrong orders I've had there in the last 20yrs since I moved here. Read more
Good service. Training going on...lots of workers. Sourdough melt was greasy and poorly assembled. Fries delicious however only... received half a portion. Bought a pint of cashew caramel...basically a pint of vanilla custard. More attention to qualitycontrol please. Read more
Culver's is a great go-to for delicious fast food, done right. They don't mess up orders like some other places, the staff at... all locations are very nice and helpful. The price is good for what you get. And most importantly, you can taste the love andeffort they put in the food, unlike some other places where the food seems poorly thrown together just to get it to you. Read more
This review is regarding Culver's on Main St. (Sun Prairie) I WANT to like this Culver's, I really do, however EVERY single... time I order from there I HAVE to immediately check the bag and receipt because if I dont, they WILL forget one or multipleitems and I won't realize until I'm all the way home. Ordered 2 large, and 3 regular chili cups from them last week, got homeand they had only included 1 large and 1 regular when the receipt clearly shows on the bag that there is supposed to be 2 large,and 3 regular. And that i paid for those. Moral of the story: Check your bag, every time, no exception. Read more
