I want to be more excited but I’m a little disappointed. Maybe another day it’ll be better. I ordered an x-lrg stuffed meat... wagon pizza, but it came as a deep dish and the crust was a little raw and doughy. I’ll try again another time. Tenders weregood for Sysco standards. Such a shame. I’ve ordered over $350 in pizza from the Sun prairie location in the last 6 months. Last night was probably the... last time. Never even got delivered. Called them after two hours and they said the order would be delivered soon. Never came.Tried calling again but they must have unplugged their December 8 2020 UPDATE: 1 TO 4 stars Gave them another chance today. Thepizza was the best ever and though it took over an hour, I understand they are having staffing issues, which is understandablein 2020. We really are rooting for them because we love their food! Started ordering take-out once a week when COVID started, in an effort to support local businesses. Two things really stand out... about Falbo's: (1) the deep dish crust feels and tastes homemade, and (2) the cheese sticks are otherworldly. The large cheesesticks is basically a large pizza, but full of cheesy goodness. Hands down the best we have ever found. We get the cheese sticksevery other week now, even if we get pizza or other food from another restaurant. When you order, ask for sauce choices, as theygive marinara/ranch by default but also have nacho cheese and some other options. Do NOT accidentally order cheese "bread". Imade that mistake a couple days ago and I hate myself for saying that "b" word. The cheese bread is the kind you would eat withspaghetti, not pizza. Never tried it before but LOVED it. The deep dish crust smells like fresh home-baked bread and the flavor combinations were... inventive and satisfying. The service was great too. Loved everything about my experience there and I'm looking forward totrying their subs too. Tried a slice of Arizona Ranch and got a large "Willpower". Both excellent. Read more
Worse pizza I've ever had. Hardly any cheese on it. Top was so liquidy, I couldn't even make it to my vehicle with out the pizza... shifting all over. They did try to fix it but it was still a disaster. Waste of 32dollars Read more
