Staff and service were great. We were helped immediately and our food was ready quickly. The dishes were a little underwhelming.... Not a lot of flavor. It felt like authentic food that had been tweaked to cater to white people who think black pepper is spicy. Read more
Guimo's has been a favorite of my husband and I's since we moved to Sun Prairie in 2020. Their steak tacos have us hooked! We... got married on 09/17 and had Guimo's cater our wedding. They did an amazing job, the tacos were incredible, the staff waswonderful, and all of our guests have been asking where our food was from! So, so, so good. A million stars if I could!! Wonderful local Mexican food. They have a lot of the regular traditional dishes, but also some unique dishes of their own (I... really like Maria's dinner). The dining room is small and clean, the staff is very friendly. Portions are generous. I usuallyget carry out, and the food is packaged well and travels nicely, it's still piping hot and very tasty when I get home. Theirchorizo dip is amazing! Read more
The chicken in the enchiladas was overcooked and tough. While I was expecting refried beans, they were whole. The mole sauce was... good. This is the only time I haven't liked Mexican food. Read more
Me and the Wife and kids were looking for somewhere to go after the children's museum in Sun prairie and chose to come here and... boy oh boy did we pick right! What a great place to sit down and enjoy a great meal, with super friendly staff, helpful andaccommodating, I was very pleased with my order and so was my family, my kids ate a bunch of there food my 6yr old ate all ofher food! And my 4 and 2 yr old ate alot as well, very pleased with the speed of the food coming to the table, the chips andsalsa were great tasting and glad there were refills had two kids gabbled the first bowl of chips and salsa me and the wife arethe second, my food was superb I had fajitas supreme with chicken shrimp and beef it was outstanding! Everything was cooked sowell it was delicious, I will definitely be back for more meals on the menu especially seeing my kids eat as much as they didmade me very happy! Read more
Tuesday Fajitas for 2 people or 2 days...your choice. No reason to deviate from chicken and pork today...kitchen was hummin' and... could taste it after parking. Asada is a quality upgrade.
