The cookies are really good, I like how they cut the meat and cheese fresh right in front of your eyes to put on the subs.
We've been visiting from New Mexico and heard amazing things about Jersey Mike's Subs. I won't ever go back to this place. The... service was as equally poor as the sub. I wasn't allowed to make any modifications, and the person behind the counter told myhusband to move out of the way so he could help someone else (while we were still working on our order). For the amount of moneywe spent on a sub, which I'd heard great things about, I would have expected better quality and better customer service. I couldgo to a gas station and get a $3 sub with better customer care and save the money and the hassle. Read more

Ordered a gluten free sub online. I go there to pick it up and I'm given a box. They say they're out of gluten free bread and... put the toppings in the box for me. What am I supposed to do with this box of jumbled sub ingredients? They're too big to be asalad and who has a salad with mayo for the dressing. Would not recommend for someone with diet restrictions. The food is great, if you put an order in to pick up add another 10 or 15 min to the promise time. Had to sit and wait 14... minutes longer the promise time. With no reason then- they forgot to add my other sub, and they had one other customer. Also ittakes a bit to order in line. Read more
Just got back to work with my #26 chicken bacon ranch with no tomato except it has no cheese like it should or ranch and brown... lettuce, this is the driest sub I have ever had from them and ended up throwing away it was so bad. Tried to call but noanswer, then it says leave a message and they will call you back but the voicemail is full so it just hangs up on you. Superdisappointed Read more
