I came here once before. I loved it. It was late evening last time. We showed up around 6:30 this time. Waited until 7:10... before we even had a waitress come by our table. I am apauled that people come here, and pay the kind of money they do, for suchpoor, poor service. This waitress didn't acknowledge how long our wait had been, once informed. I'll not come back to thisestablishment. Amazing that they are hiring servers that belong at McDonald's, running the drive through. based off of thatalone, I regret our choice for her birthday dinner, and wish I could have what will be much money spent, back. We received ourappetizer and low and behold it was served with rock hard, greasy crouton style toast. That should have been soft. Not tap itand everyone turns around wondering who's slapping thier fork on the plate..... waited another 30 minutes for our food toshow..... then we got the wrong order completely.... Ate here on Saturday 08/06 around 9pm and the service and the food were lacking. All food was under seasoned and bland including... the pasta. The server was inattentive, but she did seem to be overwhelmed as she was the only one working in the area myboyfriend and I were sat in. I can only assume things would have been better if we wouldn't have come an hour before closing,but for almost 100 bucks you'd expect better food. Read more
We initially stopped by for a few cocktails and was impressed by the friendly service and warm hospitality we received. Hence we... returned again for cocktails and then for dinner. Every single time, we received consistent great service and hospitality. Thefood was cooked to perfection and was delicious. They were nicely presented as well. The only disappointment was the tiramisuthey served. I wouldn't call it a tiramisu. It tasted more like an espresso cheese cake with ladyfingers. But don't let thetiramisu stop you from going here as the rest of the dishes were spot on. The crème brûlée was great. We were offered adifferent dessert but we declined but surely appreciated the gesture by Jeremy who also made the awesome cocktails. The managerCarl was very pleasant and welcoming. Great bar area in the Hilton Garden Inn with a large patio as well. They have plenty of options for Italian as well as some... fantastic appetizers with good portions. They also offer light portions on many appetizers. Very clean spot. They also have agood happy hour from 4pm - 6pm. Not to forget the staff are all exceptional!!! Read more
We had a group of 9 and they were able to seat us immediately. The environment was excellent. Some of us had a drink at the bar... before being seated.we placed our appetizers order along w/ drink orders. Our waitress was great. She came back after bringingout the drinks and took our main course orders. Our appetizers came out shortly thereafter. We finished w/ our appetizers whenthe salads came out. Shortly after, the dinners came out. Food was excellent. Steak was cooked as ordered (medium well), theshrimp were seasoned very well, not over seasoned either. I stopped in for lunch and got a burger but the burger I got didn't match the menu description and was overall not... enjoyable. The menu says burgers come with a toasted bun but mine tasted like it was buttered and grilled. When combined withthe very greasy burger this was just an overload of butter/grease taste. Overall, it tasted like a greasy grilled cheesesandwich with ground beef in the middle. This was made worse by the glisteningly oily fries that it was served with. The burgerI ordered was also supposed to come with thick-cut bacon and fried onion strings. Instead, they use sliced red onion circlesthat are very lightly battered and lightly fried (roughly only 20% of them were battered, they weren't even like normal onionrings) - it tasted no different than getting raw red onion on a burger and in no way were they fried onion strings. Lastly, thebacon was some of the thinnest "thick-cut" bacon I've had. If the menu had accurately described the burger it would've beenfine and I'd have ordered something else or requested a modification. Instead, it was just a disappointing experience. Read more
