I moved to the area about a year ago and was ecstatic that there is a KFC nearby. I quickly became disappointed by this location... time and time again. Between getting told that the ovens had gotten turned off hours early and they couldn?t get my chicken potpie that I had ordered online, being told to pull to the window to order and then the employee being rude saying I had to orderat the speaker, having to repeat my entire order at the window (not a simple run down like the order was in, but completelyreordering), and then today when I came at 1:59pm and pull to the speaker. I see the sign that said they didn?t open until 2pmwhich then the employee informed me they weren?t open yet. I figured all right I?ll pull around ajd wait a couple minutes, butas I was doing so it turned past 2. I pull back up to the speaker and am told we?re not open. I thought that maybe they didn?tsee that it was 2 yet so I said but it?s 2 pm? This seemed to tick the employee off a bit as he rudely said ?we don?t have anychicken?. UPDATE: Come to find out the meal we ordered but didn't get because they were closing an hour early, WE STILL GOT CHARGED! I... have tried calling them to get my money back, but they don't answer their phone. So I will have to go through my bank to do afraud charge. The Sun Prairie KFC is the worst run fast food establishment I?ve ever used. I ordered online and paid for it at7:15 pm a $28 meal to be ready at 8:15 pm. They closed at 9 according to their website. My husband went to pick it up and wasthere by 8:10. When he tried opening the doors, they were ALL LOCKED AT 8:15, a full 45 minutes before closing. They werecleaning! They told him closing is at 8 and they supposedly never got my order, even though I have the receipt. Going to calltomorrow to get my money returned. Read more
Sun Prairie WI location, drive through only. We ordered an 8pc bucket of legs and thighs. This website says it is 14.49. We were... charged 18.99+tax. When I tried to point out (3 times) that her charge didn't match the advertised price, I was ignored. Then wediscovered we got the wrong mix - it included breasts & wings along with legs & thighs. Not our preference, not what we ordered.Fast service, but fast doesn't excuse sloppy and rude. No receipt. Read more
The people that work at this location are not capable of counting to 6 for sure. I love KFC but in this case even the food... sucked. The four biscuits that i did get were rock hard, they for got my pot pie. there were only two of us in the drive throughso the place was not busy. Clearly the staff is not trained at all. I have gone to this KFC several times, and each time is an experience. Tonight was no different. While paying at the window I... was then informed the ice maker was down and we got warm sodas. I can deal with that but that should of been my first clue. ThenI had to pull forward to wait for my dinner. I waited 10 along side another person who had been waiting longer. We both finallywent in and they had no order for either of us. They asked gave the lady extra cookies and she left mad. I went up and they hadno clue about my order. I got my order and it was wrong! Helen took it back and made sure they got it right. Helen then spokewith another employee and I could hear the entire conversation. It was not a conversation that a customer should hear. It wasthat I hadn?t paid for my order. (And I had at the window.) Finally I demanded for a refund and Helen said she could do creditmy card, it doesn?t work that way. I again demanded for my refund several more times and she refused. She gave me my order andHelen did apologize several times. She told me she felt embarrassed and that her employee didn?t ?Frickin? listen to her. (Yesshe said that to me.) I grabbed my dinners and left. KFC locations can be hit or miss and this location was forgettable. The drive through wasn?t friendly, but the food was served... quickly. We had a variety of meals and a la carte items and they were all generally uninspiring and had an old texture to them.I think this will be easily skipped in our future Sun Prairie restaurant options. Lobby still isn't open. No credit card slip. Rude a** manager. ROCK HARD BISCUITS..... Asked for mashed potatoes not 80% gravy.... Something needs to be done about this lazy a** store. 20 min wait in drive thru for this bull.... seriously? Read more
This place used to be good with the experiences that I?ve been having the last few times I?ve went back, TRASH. Horrible... customer service, they never have chicken. I hope it?s closed down forever. I love KFC just not this place. Sad?.. Read more
