Waited in a super long line hoping we would get some fresh fries and fresh food in general. That wasn't the case unfortunately. ... The fries seemed super stale and I had the fish sandwich and that seemed like it had been sitting a while also. But.. they didhave good customer service. Read more
The slowest McDonalds in the metro area. No matter what time you go, or if there is literally nobody in line, it is a 20 minute... wait. 20 MINUTES to prepare a single 6 piece nugget happy meal. Once in a while, fine, stuff happens...but this is EVERYTIME. You pull into the drive thru and literally sit at the speaker for so long you think it must be broken or something. Youwill visibly age waiting in this line and the most maddening part is, when you finally turn the corner to pay and receive yourfood at the window, THERE IS NOBODY EVEN IN LINE. Then you wait another 10 or 15 minutes while the staff must be in the backraising the chickens from eggs and growing the potatoes in real time for every single order. Literally waited a half hour for ajust a happy meal at this location. Think you'll save time going inside? LOOOOL no. Not a chance. Tried that maneuver andwaited just as long. If those times sound like an exaggeration, I assure you, they are not. If you are over the age of 50 orin relatively poor health, I would avoid this location, as the odds are considerably high that you will pass away from old agebetween pulling your car into their lot and receiving your food. Whole civilizations are born and die in the time it takesthese people to make a small vanilla milkshake. You've been warned. Read more
I love that this location is 24 hrs. I have used their drive-thru several times and everything has gone smoothly, no errors on... any of my orders and they have always been very friendly. Read more
Went to the McDonald's at 505 A St, Sun Prairie, WI 53590 to get my kids a Happy Meal (which they MUST HAVE) and to play in the... Play Area. The Air Conditioning has been out for over a month and it was 84° in the play area. Read more
Went inside to use restroom. Went to counter to order just an Iced Tea. Stood there for a good 4-5 minutes while 3 employees... stood and talked to each other in a foreign language. Finally got my tea, went out to car, left and then took a drink of themost rancid tasting tea ever!! Totally disgusted!! Gave 2 star because bathroom was fairly clean. Read more
As far as McDonald?s go, this is one of the better locations. Open 24/7. Generally very quick, food is hot, staff are friendly,... drive-thru moves efficiently, & my Door Dash orders come correct every time. They do limit their menu for late night & onlyaccept cash right around midnight until about 1:00 AM while they reset the drawers. Definitely meets franchise standards. Read more

Don?t eat here. Went thru drive-thru, only ordering 1 Big Mac meal. Was asked to pull ahead and proceeded to wait 12 minutes and... watched numerous vehicles get multiple bags of food served them. Had to go inside. They had NO CLUE I was out there waiting. Tomake things worse the food they gave me was cold and tasted unlike ANY Big Mac and fries I?d ever had?like perfumey. Bad!!!!! Read more
