As we were craving for some Mediterranean food, decided to check this place out. They were extremely busy when we arrived. To... accommodate our party and another, they set up 2 tables outside. And it worked well for us. They seemed a bit short staffed butthey made up for it with their great attitude and hospitality. Our favorite was the Ottoman platter. The meat had a plenty offlavor. Felt the falafels were a bit over fried. All the dishes were platted nicely except for the soup. It seemed a bit messy.Overall experience was pleasant and we would recommend this place for anyone in Sun Prairie area. Great place for authentic Mediterranean food. Lots of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options and they are labeled in the... menu. The lentil soup was bleh (needed to add S&P) and the falafel platter lacked spice. Otherwise, everything else was amazing. Read more
Came on a busy Friday night. There was a wait to be seated and fairly long wait for food but the server was attentive/friendly.... Ordered the falafel appetizer, chicken shawarma entree (w/ lentil soup), and Adana lamb entree (with salad). Meals were a goodserving - I had left overs. If you’re on the fence, order now. We got a big take out order to enjoy for date night and picked up in store. Everything was... hot and SO good when we got home to our place that’s 20 minutes away. If we had to pick favorites - Sultan’s Delight, theMeze Platter and the Canoli Cake. Honorable mention but still incredible: Lentil soup and Chicken Marsala. A new favorite spotfor us, for sure. The main dish I got was very good. I got the sultan's delight (hunkar begendi) that has chicken in it. I really loved the... texture and flavor of this dish, would 100% get this again. The stuffed grapevine leaves were nothing good, were very dry. Thelentil soup was very bland. The food did take a long time to come out.
