Food was hot and cooked perfectly. However, the delivery was 18 minutes late.
Pizza Hut in its hey day was the best around. I keep trying to give them a chance. The quality is so bad. Ordered a taco pizza... and breadsticks last night and the breadsticks were hard as a rock the thin crust was so dark and burnt and toppings are minimalgave me no salsa or sour cream. DONE WITH HUT! I ordered my food at 6:30 pm and still waiting for it at 8:15. Can't go to the restaurant because I have covid and no one... answers the phone. Looks like I lost $40.00. Thanks for making this illness worse. Read more
Ordered last Saturday, pizza and breadsticks were good and delivered quickly. Problem comes when drink order was forgotten. I... opted to have my account credited instead of another trip when they were already short staffed. Billy stated he would make surethat my account was taken care. I?ve redone my review as it?s been a while. Tried this place again, the gentleman at the window was very nice. My pizza was... garbage, tasted like the crust was stale. Barely any pepperoni and only three visible pieces of bacon on the whole pizza. We allhad one piece and refused to eat any more, so disappointed. Also no more crust toppings. Without crust toppings Pizza Hut pizzais so bland, they need to bring them back. Wish I could post pictures on here, what a waste of money. Read more
If I could give this review zero stars I would, the food was alright, it took awhile but the person answering our calls, Gio,... was giving us a hard time and it took us several calls for us to give up and order online rather than calling, it ruined mynight and I would never go to this Pizza Hut again if I will be treated like this again. ????????BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE???????? Possibly the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I've EVER had!!!!! Ordered a pizza at... midnight on Friday. They said it wld take about 45 min. At 12:55am I called to see if the pizza was on its way, reached a callcenter that I think was in India(No doubt it was overseas) n they(had 2 call 2x) cldnt tell me what was going on and transferedme to the actual location, it was now 12:57 N they close at 1am so of course nobody answered. Waited til 1:30, the pizza nevercame so we went to bed hungry. I just got off the phone with the manager and he said the pizza went out last night N I said wellit didn't come here. I asked if I could get a refund and my order for free and he said no. I told him that was bad customerservice, y'all took my order, took my debit card info, charged my card but never delivered it the pizza. He said thats not badcustomer service cuz he's offering me either a refund or he will bring the pizza in 30 min . I asked for corporate number and hewouldn't give it to me, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE once again!!!! We quit eating pizza hut years ago, so decided to give them anotherchance...needless to say this was the LAST n FINAL time pizza hut will ever get our business!! Read more
