Got to meet one of the new owners yesterday and was really excited to hear Rosati's is re opened. We ordered pizza, salad,... cookie, and fries last night for dinner. The food and service was amazing!!!! Keep up the amazing work! Read more
UPDATE: In light of Rosati's prompt and professional response (with refund and credit) I have changed my review from one star to... two stars. But the food we ordered the second time (with our store credit) was just okay. The deep dish pizza was soggy and abit bland. ORIGINAL REVIEW: First time ordering. Last time ordering. Placed a $35 order and received a confirmation email. Credit card was charged. Two hours later no food. Called Rosati's and got a recording that they were closed. After two hoursand 20 minutes the delivery shows up . . . with someone else's order. The address isn't even close. The driver says, "Aw man,I don't even know what to do. The kitchen is closed. Just take the food." Now I get to contest the credit card charge. Thanks for nothing Rosati's. Read more
If you order from here get the Chicago style pizza! That being said, beware you might not get it for a couple hours or the wrong... order. You also might call to check on it and they will be closed. Not sure what?s going on here. About every other time I orderI?m getting a refund. Lazy workers with attitude when you try to see what?s going on. 3 stars of what should be one, just because they are giving me a credit for a future visit, but our first was not good, they... need to train their staff better or change them. One of our kids doesn't like pizza cut in squares, we asked for it to be cutin triangles when ordering and the guy at the counter said it cannot be done... Cheese pizza was charged as extra cheese when wedidn't mention extra cheese, it was just cheese, no toppings. They didn't mention the specials of the day. And even when theyclose at 9 we were rushed at 8!!! They started cleaning around us and even went to our table to take the parmesan. We juststarted eating around 7:45! So if the business wants to stay open they should improve some things, I hope they do. Will updatethe review when go for the second time. Read more
We have had some orders arrive fast and hot, and some slow and? not so hot. Had a pizza delivered yesterday and it had so much... sauce on it. The box was a mess, and so was the pizza. They also didn?t cut all the way through while slicing it, none of thepieces would separate.I?ve had hit and miss experiences here. I?m just tired of bad delivery experiences, not only withRosati?s. Had an absolutely wonderful meal. Top notch Chicago Style Pizza. It's as good as it is in Chicago. The staff is super friendly... and fun. We decided to go for our 24th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. Thanks for an amazing meal and greatatmosphere. Read more
