Afrer being in line for over an hour because this location never has the dining area open, when i finally got to the window i... was not impressed. The girl at the window was rude and unprofessional. I had made my payment and said thank you while waitingfor my items and was given a rude look and the window closed on me. This girl then took a plastic bag full of lids and startedswinging it around hitting things while I was waiting there for my items. Then I received one of the three items, I Thanked heragain, got another rude look then she went back to hitting things with the bag full of lids and laughing with her friends whilethe line was very backed up. This place NEVER updates its hours. I've come here many times just to find out it says open on thewebsite but it's closed and they NEVER have the store open just the drive through so it gets very VERY backed up. I'm tired of this location having a closed lobby recently (apparently due to labor shortage). It used to be a favorite of mine,... but it isn't worth taking the chance on anymore. @Starbucks, if people are not willing to work for what seems like quite acompetitive wage and the awesome benefits package (especially free college, stock, 401K) then apparently it isn't good enoughand you have to up the wage, even if it means increasing the costs of coffee. If however it is people banding together andcollectively not coming in, don't be afraid to fire them and hire those that value the employment package enough to come towork. I say this as I've seen this at multiple locations in Wisconsin - which bizarrely enough it happens just as much here asin the Bay area in CA, and the wages are only about $2 more an hour, though cost of living is tremendously higher out there[scratches head]. Listen to the other bad reviews, the coffee was AWFUL. I've given this place the benefit of the doubt but the service was just... as bad the second time. My first time here I ordered a Venti Chai Tea and it was half filled. I was too mortified to sayanything since they were busy but today was much slower; one person was in there and they had already ordered. I would've givenit two stars since the sausage cheddar sandwich was tasty but the Pumpkin Spice Late was horrid; all spice and the rest might aswell been water. PLEASE improve upon your service since this is the only Starbucks I'm able to go to. Read more
They were out of so much. They didn?t even have sriracha and the person working said they didn?t have it for months. The only... reason I?m giving it a 2 is because the person at the window was nice. Otherwise don?t waste your time. Drive into Madison toget your Starbucks. Read more
The staff is always kind and I've never had issues with an incorrect order. However, this location is EXTREMELY busy. The line... for both in-store and drive thru get quite long, and I usually experience a wait time of 15-25 minutes no matter which I choose.I am unsure if the cause is staffing shortage or people with obnoxiously complicated or excessively large orders. This locationhas been like this since pre-covid, so I am leaning towards customers being the problem. Read more
This was by far the dirtiest Starbucks I've ever been to. I was shocked. Everything was filthy. From the front door to the... bathroom. The sides of the equipment that I could see made me decide not to drink my coffee. Left and coffee went in thegarbage. It appeared to have not been made correctly by the color alone. the drinks here are so inconsistent. today they put plain cold foam on my drink instead of the vanilla sweet cream cold foam.... yesterday it wasn?t even foam. i asked one time for my drink to be remade because there was just cream instead of foam, and theywere very rude. they handed me a new drink with foam all over the lid and sides of the cup. just go to the starbucks insidetarget nearby Read more
The order ahead option is so inconsistent it's on one day and off most of the time now. Really inconvenient. This place is good... if you don't mind waiting 25 or more minutes for your coffee. Read more
