Employees do not know how to make melts. I work at Walmart and on my lunch whenever I order a melt I have to tell them how to... make it because they don't know how. Usually I can deal with it, but today when I explained melts get more cheese an employeesaid a six inch only gets 3 slices which isnt true if the six inch is a melt. He did end up giving me the correct amount ofcheese after he gave another employee a look that clearly meant he didn't believe me when i told him melts come with morecheese. They take forever to make a sub don?t even be toasting the bread
Kids? meal milk had spoiled even though the expiration date is a month away. Person on the phone didn?t seem inclined to resolve... it so other kids didn?t get rotten milk. Read more

The guy working tonight 11/24/2017 needs to be fired immediately. IVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY BY A SUBWAY EMPLOYEE FOR NO... REASON. I asked to have my sandwich toasted, it was in for maybe 5 seconds. Came out soggy and disgusting. I asked him to toastit a little bit more and he said we dont do that here!@!!!! Good food but bad customer service. Most of the time I go in and something is broke, food is prepped/ready to serve or I get the... employees talking crap about their job/getting mad at customers. I did my fair share of fast food work and currently do sales.That kind of stuff would never go unnoticed. If you can get your staff more prepared and friendly, it'd be greatly appreciated. Read more
My husband and I went to this subway location. The store was a mess, the back dining room was filthy, tables not washed, floor... not swept disgusting and where do I start about the preparation of our food. The woman kept throwing out veggies as she preparedmy salad. Onions tossed, cucumbers tossed, tomatoes tossed, she was only picking out certain ones, yet the line continued togrow because of how slow she was, and waisted all of that food. If all that food was bad that she was tossing out, then imaginehow possibly sick my husband and I or any other customer for that matter could get sick. Who knows how long the veggies were inthe container. The more she threw out, the longer it took for her to prepare our sub/salad. Can you image? How much food waistthis store goes through because of this? How do we know how long the food has been in the containers if she's tossing it out,plus her slow speed is a factor of us not returning...
